“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” Exodus 14:14, Berean Study Bible.

With an army of Egyptians behind them and a body of water in front of them, the Lord commanded Moses to tell the people of Israel to be still. While God’s ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are far above ours, He is faithful to reveal to us by His Spirit what we are to do.

God’s command to be still is a posture of the heart. It is a resolve of the mind to trust God. Let’s be still in doing things in our own ability. In your heart, mind and soul, be still, my sister. I speak stillness into the core of your being. You will see the salvation of the Lord. You will see the one you have built your life on will not fail you. You will see Him do what you have not been able to do.

When our faith is being challenged, God’s command does not change. He is still saying, be still. Be still. Be still. Be at rest. Remember your God. Remember His saving power does more than save your soul. He is always saving you, delivering you and mightily rescuing you from seen and unseen danger. It is the Lord your God who fights for you. You only need to be still.

Prayer: Father, I receive your word that you have spoken to my heart. You want me to be still and trust you right now. I receive the help of your Holy Spirit to do just that. Calm my emotions and remove all fear, doubt and unbelief. I will see your salvation. I will see your great deliverance. You are the same God. Just as you saved me before, you will save again. Just as you healed before, you will heal again. Just as you rescued before, you will rescue again. You are my heavenly Father who loves me. I love you and I trust you, Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Praise God to the ppl of God I want to just say how blessed I have been since I started my journey with this anointed WOG each time anyone leaves a prayer or word from the Lord I just begin to praise God in my current situation and he never fails me when I read more of the scripture that is written in the Devotionals so I want to send a refreshing and a renewing back to the WOG who God gave this all to May the Lord put back everything you have poured out into some many people and places your foot has touched ground I pray nothing but for God to continue to cover you bless you and give you everything your heart desires and so much more in your ministry be blessed WOG and to her team Lord God bless them to hold up the WOG arms when she feels depleted I decree and declare it is so in Jesus Mighty Name Amen ❤️‍🩹🙌🏾

  11. amen yes be still I’m trying to stand here and be still let the Lord fight my battle I know he said he would and I know he can the sword is in my hand it’s up to me to use your wisely amen I will be still pray my strength in the Lord
