“Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear” Isaiah 59:2, NIV.
“When you cry out, ‘Lord, how did I end up here?’ I am already planning your rescue. When you cry out, ‘Lord, how can I get back to where I once was in you’, I am planning your rescue. I will stretch out My hand that is never too short that it cannot save. I can reach you. Call to Me and I will answer you. With an outstretched arm I will rescue you My daughter and place you on a firm foundation in Me. I will do this with My love and My power. You’re not too far that I cannot reach you and bring you back close to Me and close to My side. You’ve strayed from Me, but I will rescue you. You’ve forgotten your First Love, but I have remembered You My love. You’ve covered yourself with sin, but I will abundantly pardon you and wash you clean. I will remove your rebellious heart and give you a heart after My own. I will come after you because you belong to Me. You’re mine and I won’t let you utterly fall. I will rescue you, says the Lord.”
Prayer: Father, forgive me for straying away from you. Forgive me for the way I’ve been living my life and forgive the poor choices I’ve been making. I know I’ve hurt you and I’m sorry. I cry out to you and ask you to rescue me. I need you. I want you Lord in my life. Thank you for not letting me go. Bring me close to your side and teach me how to live for you with a new heart and a new mind. Be glorified in me as I yield to you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
