At the Appointed Time

“…at the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” Isaiah 60:22

All throughout scripture, we read, “at the appointed time, the Lord…” We see, “…when the days were accomplished, the Lord.” Then it goes on to say what God did at the appointed time. My sister, God gave you a promise, showed you a vision, revealed to you a dream, gave you a prophetic word for you and your family. You’ve been holding on to it tightly and waiting on God to do what only He can do. It’s been years, and you haven’t seen anything in the natural yet, but in the Spirit, it’s so real you can taste it. Sweet victory. Total deliverance. Complete healing and restoration. Wholeness. You dream about the promise, but when you wake up to your current reality, you have to choose all over again to trust God no matter what you see.

The Lord wants me to encourage you today and tell you, at the appointed time, my sister, He will make it happen. There is an appointed hour and season for His dream to come to pass and His vision to speak. As His love is perfect, His way is perfect, His laws are perfect, His wisdom is perfect, so is His timing. It is perfect and sure. God’s timing is holy. You keep on trusting in the faithfulness of your Father. He will make it happen for you at the appointed time.

Prayer: Father, I choose to trust you all over again. You’ve brought me too far to let go of what you said you would do. Like a pit bull, I grab ahold of your promise, and I’m not letting go until it’s fulfilled. Thank you for being my covenant-keeping Father, who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.” Psalm 18:30

  1. Last night God showed me things are moving along according to His Plan for me, my life. This also encourages me to hold tight to His Hand and His Word because it’s the only way I am getting through this time of waiting. It will happen in His time. He is not a man that He should lie. Praise God He is Faithful and True!

  2. So many many times, I cry out to the Lord..where is my healing? Where is my dreams? Why the delay? Just last night I cried out…then this morning the Holy Spirit whispers to my heart through your message of encouragement. Thank you. Learning to be still in the waiting, knowing He is God.

    1. Those who ‘wait’ upon the Lord will not be put to shame…Hallelujah. The battles been raging and oftentimes in my cry and pleas….all I hear is silence….but I press on even in the silence….even why I dont see the evidence of what He’s doing YET…because.what keeps me going is the Faithfulness of our God and in His strength…I press on…knowing and believing (convinced) that He whom has promised is FAITHFUL….👐❤👐….grateful for His reminders as this has encouraged me like so many other times….May God continue to bless you and your ministry sister.
