Broken to Beautiful

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24

When my son has to clean up something off the floor, he often cries, “It’s too much! This will take forever!” That’s exactly how we feel when we hit rock bottom, and our lives shatter into a million tiny pieces. We cry out to God, “It’s too much! This will take forever!” My sister, but God…

No matter how broken and shattered our lives may be, God knows how to put the broken pieces back together again. He will do what we can’t do. Maybe you have a broken heart, broken dreams, broken promises made to you over and over again, or a body broken with sickness and disease. Know that you are not beyond repair, you’re not too much for God, and no, it will not take Him forever. God specializes in making all things new! Together, we will receive the blessings of the finished work of Christ. We will receive what He accomplished on the cross for us. We will receive His healing and restoring love. By faith, we will receive the truth that Jesus’ body was broken so we can be healed and made whole. What the Lord has done for countless others, He will surely do for His baby girls because He loves us!

Prayer: Father God, I cry out to you to heal everything that’s broken in my life. Make all things new. I know you can do it because you’ve done it for others. Do it for me, Father. Bless me with miraculous restoration, and use me to testify of your goodness everywhere I go. I yield to you now, and I pray that you are glorified in me. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

(Read Revelation 21:5; Isaiah 61:3)

  1. Keesha, I’m getting ready to commit suicide. My faith is/has been stretched so thin..I’m starting to feel like I’m crazy, believing Gods word is getting me nowhere. My kids keep looking at me like I’m expecting some miracle from heaven that will never come. My only choice is to end my life. My kids deserve a better mom. He makes all things new? When? I’ve waited and waited and waited…prayed been in Faith. I have no more strength Keesha. God has forgotten about us and he is watching me deplete daily. If prayer helps? Please pray for me and my kids.. want to kill myself soon

    1. I can relate I’ve literally been there thinking about the same thing, feeling the same way…., I too realized I needed prayer I’m praying for you Sister & for your family. PLEASE my friend
THE DEVIL IS A LIAR HE KNOWS THE STRENGTH GOD GAVE YOU IS DEEP WITHIN YOU Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. The devil will do all his power to push every button. I realized I needed more than prayer I went to Dr. And they helped with medicine and therapy. Sister this might just work for you. I believe in the power of prayer. Please believe me GOD IS WORKING BEHIND THE Scenes of your life. Fill your house with praise n worship music keep it on day n night its like medicine to the body mind and soul allow yourself to gather praise worthy thoughts starting with one at a time. Now praise God for that. Keep your eyes focused on HIM AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HURTS THE MOST.

    2. My sister, I love you, your children love you but more importantly your Father loves you. He knows what you are going through mentally and emotionally and He’s going to help you. I’m praying your life doesn’t end in tragedy but God meets you where you are and ministers His life and His love and His truth to the core of your being. Praying for you and trusting God to be your deliverer. In Jesus’ name. Your sister, Kesha

    3. I often feel the same way but it is the truck of the enemy and we shall never give him the satisfaction. I know it hard because it hard for me. I will be praying for you as I pray for myself. There is/has to be a breakthrough right in front of you. Please don’t give up. Your children need you and so do I. I need to hear your testimony if what the Lord has in store. Please don’t give the enemy the desires he has for you. Keep the faith. Peace.

Don’t put your kid’s through that my friend son committed suicide and she never got to know why he didn’t even leave a note nothing think of what your kids will go through they will start to feel like they we’re burdens think of what you would do if one of them left you…God got you don’t let the devil win keep pushing and praying and watch God move yes it may take a while your just in your waiting season wait keep faith take care of your kids the best way you can they Love you NO MATTER what God blessed you with them for a reason trust I’m talking to you with experience i was in a shelter before with my daughter at the lowest point I had ever been it’s just a test love don’t give up God is carrying you and your kids🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    6. Killing yourself is not the answer. JESUS is the ANSWER! Call on HIM, wherever you are, whatever you are going through, call HIS name, continuously!!! Don’t stop until HE answers and when HE does, continue to praise HIM! Don’t give up and don’t give in! The enemy wants you to end your life because he sees the blessings of GOD on your life! Don’t give in to the enemy by ending your life! Your children need you! GOD is right there with you. Call the name of JESUS! Call out HIS name and Don’t stop until HE answers! Be encouraged, Daughter! GOD loves You!!!

    7. I do not know what is your actual priblem, may be you found yourself in a place without and exit way, but please, please do not doubt God. Jesus is the way, way who leads you in safety place, the devil is a liar and jmhe wants to take your life off, just renember how much Jesus suffered, abandoned, but still he paid the price to you on the cross.

Be bold, be strong i know its not easy, life hits hard, family, friends, close one will not understand you but God will.. Take your trial like a test and know that God is holding your hand and when it seem to you that He is not by your side, imagine He is holding you in his arm.

You have his promise who say’s “i will not leave you nor forsake you. Deut.31:6

Be confident trust in Him, believe in yourself, God is here. If God says it, that swttles it, and there’s absolutely no reasonn to doubt it.

  2. Mary Hernandez God is faithful I know that in the waiting it’s hard. I know the enemy would love nothing more than you to give up. But Jesus is still with you. I’ve been reading a book by Priscilla Shier and something stuck out to me look for Him in waiting. See what he wants to show you through these wilderness times. He loved you enough to die so you can live with him for eternity don’t you think he will love and make a way through these hard times? I’m preaching to myself this morning as well I’m waiting for God to do something I’ve been praying for a while but I’ve seen him do many other things during the process. He helping me to see his faithfulness and he’s working a more grateful attitude and so many other things! Don’t give up today your blessing is right around the corner I’m praying for you 🙏🙏🙏

  4. Mary Hernandez, I am reading a book for the second time. It is a 365 day devotional. “Jesus Calling”
written by a counselor Sarah Young. This book gives you an insight to Jesus’ personality, His heart and His strength. It’s like nothing I’ve ever read, and lifts my heart every day. At the end of each page there are Scriptures to back up the writing. The book is not expensive. Please invest in yourself, so that you can have Jesus’ words that will heal your heart and soul.
    In Christ love,
    Donna J. Davis

  10. My dear Mary, your life must not end in defeat. Your life is a gift from God to you and to the world, don’t throw it away, don’t waste it on death. If Martin Luther Jr. killed himself, where would we be today? You were created to impact the world in a great way that no other person ever can. What is the point in letting the devil laugh and gloat over you? There is no benefit in that for you, your children, your family, the world, or God. Everyone will lose including you and the only person who stands to gain is the devil. Is that what you really want?
God is always faithful and he loves you infinitely beyond anything you could ever comprehend. He will most certainly take care of you because you are his child. You are his responsibility. God never abdicates his responsibility because he is the perfect Father. Hold on, don’t give up, breakthrough is coming.

But now listen to the one who formed you, to the one who created you. Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.
For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior…. Others were given in exchange for you. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you. Isaiah 43:1-4

We want to remind you, friends, of the trouble we had in the province of Asia. The burdens laid upon us were so great and so heavy that we gave up all hope of staying alive. We felt that the death sentence had been passed on us. But this happened so that we should rely, not on ourselves, but only on God, who raises the dead. From such terrible dangers of death he saved us, and will save us; and we have placed our hope in him that he will save us again, as you help us by means of your prayers for us. So it will be that the many prayers for us will be answered, and God will bless us; and many will raise their voices to him in thanksgiving for us. 2 Corinthians 1:8-11

Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, But the LORD rescues him from them all. Psalm 34:19

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation. All power to him forever! Amen. 1 Peter 5:7-11

“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
    Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:13-14

    1. Your breakthrough is just around the corner. Don’t give up before it gets to you. Praying for you dear sis. Everything is going to be alright.
