Healing takes place when we’re truthful.

“Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart” Psalms 51:6, ESV.

Healing takes place when we’re truthful with God, with ourselves and with others. We can find healing in saying, “This is where I am right now. Yes, I have faith in God, however, this is where I am right now and I need your prayers and support.”

Maybe you’re still getting over someone or something, and you’re trying to pretend that you’re okay. Know that God knows you. He knows where you truly are, and He knows how to get you where you need to be.

Let God continue to minister healing to every deep wound. Let Him show you that those who genuinely love you won’t mind you crying over something that happened years ago. Most importantly, let God into the situation. Only He can help you to keep moving forward as He heals you completely and makes you whole.

Prayer: Father God, thank you for speaking to me. You know where I am right now and how challenging it has been. Help me not to pretend. I receive your love and I receive your comfort. I receive your peace of mind and heart that’s only found in you. I love you Lord. Heal every deep wound and fill every gaping hole that’s been left in me. Help me to be honest with you and with those who love me. In Jesus name, Amen.

(Read Psalms 147:3; John 8:32)

    1. Anne I am sorry to hear about your husband. I understand pain and loss. I lost my son in a car wreck in 2020. The Lord is the only one who can truly heal our hearts from this pain and greif. My prayers are with you and your family

  3. Oh how I truly needed this! I love God with all that’s in me, but I am in a place where I need comfort and support from my loved ones. Thank you for confirming it’s ok to be truthful about my place in life at this moment, but just don’t lose hope and faith. Love You, Lord! 🙌🏽✝️♥️

  5. I’ve had a major surgery and the last time I had surgery was when my husband was alive. I am really struggling without him being here because he was my rock. But God is my rock and and I’m really having a difficult time seeing God as my rock and my everything. Please pray that I will see God as my rock to lean on and not feel so alone.

  6. Thank you sister for this devo. My family of 6 has been displaced due to mold in our home. My kids and I have health issues we’re facing from this mold. I’m starting to be bitter toward my so called “ friends” believers at that. Not one person has been the hands and feet nor has anyone even asked how I was. For being there for everyone and serving others maybe expecting the same in return is bad. Please keep our lil fam in prayer as we heal and deal with the health & financials from this ordeal. It’s overwhelming.

    1. I will pray that God will send ministering people and that God will move on your behalf for your family and bring the right people together to support you so that you and your family will be reunited together in Jesus Name 🤲🙏🕊️. I pray that God’s Perfect Peace will overtake you and your situation and you will stand firm and see the Mighty Hand 🤚 of God Move 🙌❤️.
