It’s time to move!

“So I spoke as he commanded me, and the wind entered the bodies, and they began to breathe. They all came to life and stood up on their feet-a great army of them.” Ezekiel 37:10

I’ve gotten too used to this valley. Surrounded by all these bones. But I don’t belong here. I got caught up in comfort. But there is no comfort in war.

The Lord is speaking to these old dry bones, and he is saying, “It’s time to come alive.” He’s breathing breath into this body so that it may live again. There is rattling in the valley. It’s the sound of life. Abundant life. The way he intended. Watch the flesh and muscle form over these bones. Look at what the Lord has done. I am on my feet now. Ready to walk in my purpose. The path that you have laid for me. Bring me back to you. Fill me with your Spirit. You are a promise keeper. You are Lord.

Sometimes we find ourselves stuck. Stagnant. Standing /sitting still for too long. Literally and figuratively. Spiritually and Physically. But we are called to be a functioning part of his great army. God is saying, It’s time to move!
