“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14
Years ago, God gave me a dream of two birds flying in the air at full speed. One bird was chasing after the other, and as they flew into a private garden, one of the birds flew straight up in the air, and the other bird flew into a brick wall. All you saw was dust and feathers. When I woke up, Holy Spirit said, yeah, you will be the bird that flies into the wall if you don’t let go of that friend. During that time, I was trying my hardest to repair a broken friendship that God clearly wanted me to let go of. She had made it very clear she no longer wanted the friendship, but I thought to myself, “I’m the founder of Daughters of the King Daily Devotional, and this doesn’t happen to me. I’m going to get this friendship restored if it kills me.” And it almost did!
Maybe it’s a romantic relationship that’s become abusive, maybe it’s an unhealthy friendship, a business partnership gone wrong, or a ministry endeavor that started out great until the devil came in and brought misunderstandings and offense. If God has said for you to leave someone alone, then trust Him and leave them alone. You don’t have to understand God’s instructions or His warnings, but heed them anyway. Don’t risk ruining your life because you refuse to let go. God is your sovereign Father, and He sees what you don’t see, He knows what you don’t know, and He has your absolute best in mind. If you’re going to chase after anyone, chase after Him, my sister. Chase after the Lord and His purpose and plan for your life! You will be so glad you did!
Prayer: Father, I receive your wisdom and your warning. Help me trust you and obey you even when I don’t understand. You’re only trying to protect me because you love me. I receive your strength to let go of anyone and anything you are telling me to let go of. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Amen! Today certain men in my life needed this today
May the lord fill your mouths today with laughter after he exits you.from βimaginary delusionsβ of others abuses as well

When God works it is marvelous in my eyes, yes I was told this, and yes he used two birds as a symbol and yes this message is for me, and YES I will do as he says. HE CANNOT LIE, AND HE IS NEVER WRONG. I am laughing so loud while I am reading this. Child of God, do not let go of the spirit’s leading he is working miraculously THROUGH you and all of our Father’s daughters

Thank you!!!
I had a friend that is “spiritual” and she would drink and experiment with channeling. Then, she would get suicidal and call me. I helped her get clear from dark entities at least 5 times. I helped her to fill up with the Holy Spirit, but she would go back to what she did. I tried to help her to accept Jesus Christ, but she wanted other things instead. I wasn’t her only friend. She had many.
Then, my fiance passed away, and my mom had a cardiac incident and needed help so I had to move across the country to be with her. It was rapidly becoming Vascular Dementia and a nightmare.
That friend kept doing what she did and she grew angrier, so it turned to political anger. She would call me to ask how I was, knowing I was in shock and devastation, and then she would go off about things she was watching in the mainstream media while drinking.
I had to let go of that person. She was on a self-destructive loop and had to find her way. I still feel some guilt because I let that friendship go, but this message really helps to put things into the right perspective.
Thank you.
God I thank you for this timely devotional. You are healing me through the pain of letting go , discerning a heavy detachment and overall discomfort. Sometimes in Your rebuilding thereβs restoration in THE BREAKING UP AND BREAKING AWAY ! Itβs hurtful yet thereβs a rebirthing and healing β€οΈβπ©Ή in the horizon.
Let them go post. Does this include a covenant husband? I have been praying for restoration for my marriage since Nov 2024. I enjoy your articles they have helped me build my faith in Christ Jesus after I completely surrender my life. But when I read this latest article, my heart was grieved. Because God told me he would restore my marriage back in Dec 2023. The wisdom of humans donβt consider divorce as something God has to restore. And I never understood why. Especially when the entire Gospel is about restoration. Based on our sin nature, our adulterous nature. The bridegroom died for his bride. There was no abuse in our marriage. It was in laws that actually destroyed the marriage. Instead of going to God first, I sinned and divorced over 18 years of indirect mental abuse. But my love for my husband never ended. I was just in a lot of pain. Divorce is a sin, and unaware of it, until God drew me to him. So now Iβm standing in restoration. Itβs very emotional and heartbreaking. So reading that article didnβt help me but put doubt in what God told me. Every article has been heart changing.
AmenΓ· Thank You Father! Good morning Father God! I thank You for removing those that are supposed to be removed from my life Lord, so that I can take flight! I pray in Jesus name, Amen!ππΎππΎππΎ
