“Who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion.” Psalm 103:4
While talking with my teen daughter about depression and suicide, she told me that she woke up in tears feeling great empathy for families experiencing pain from losing someone to suicide. “Didn’t they know they were loved?” She asked. Her middle name is Love, and she is the epitome of her name. What I shared with her may also help you if you are trying to understand.
All the love in the world can surround you, but it’s not the love that surrounds us, but the amount of love we let in that makes a world of difference. Some only let 1% of love in. Even though they are surrounded by many people who love and genuinely care for them, they still feel unloved and believe their existence does not matter.
With my Father’s unconditional love, He has helped me open my heart more and more every day to receive the pure and intense love that surrounds me. No one knew I was only receiving 1% for years because of a deep fear of abandonment that began from birth. But with God’s help, I have grown tremendously over the years, and now I am at about 75%, and that number is increasing daily as I learn to fear less and receive more. It feels good to let love in and let myself receive and enjoy the love and affection God and people have for me. My joy is unexplainable because of the work Jesus Himself has done and is continuing to do in my heart and mind.
My sister, when you pray for anyone dealing with depression, and deep-rooted fears of rejection and abandonment, pray specifically that God opens their eyes to see His love for them. Pray for Him to open their heart more and more to receive the pure love surrounding them.
Prayer: Father, only your love can cast out any fear of rejection, any fear of abandonment, and any fear of not being enough. Help me, Father, and help my loved ones to receive more of the pure and intense love that surrounds us. Continue to do a beautiful work in our hearts and minds. I plead the blood of Jesus over myself and everyone connected to me. Thank you, Father. With long life, you will satisfy us and show us your salvation. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
(Read 1 John 4:18; Psalm 91:16)

Hello everyone I usually don’t comment on anything but this particular topic about suicide sadly is very close to me. I’m very keep to myself about my depression but just last week that actually came up for me I’ve been dealing with it since age 7 (suicide) and it’s very hard especially when you’re a strong believer in the most high God above I really needed this and I appreciate it and I pray for others that are dealing with it
Amen Thank you Father God you will continue to show us the love of salvation in Jesus name Amen again🙏🏽
This brought me to tears.
My daughter at the age of 19 took her life 5 years ago.
Hardest thing that I have ever experienced.
She had so many people that loved her but she couldn’t see it.
Now her friends have started a movement called #LivingLikeTiffany.
She was the queen of random kindness so now we all go around doing all kinds of random kindness everywhere.
I now draw portraits for families who have lost their loved one through suicide or OD.
100% of all of the proceeds from my art goes to random kindness and to help start my #LivingLikeTiffany Foundation to do more on a larger scale.

Thank you so much for this devotional today.
It is so appreciated.
I wake up every morning to your devotionals and share them.
God bless you
I really needed this and I appreciate it
Father, thank You for touching my heart with this devotional. There is so many people that feels not worthy to be loved, or that they’re too much trouble to the family. I was 9 years old having grandma seizures, always sick and having to go to the doctor, having specialist with my parents not being rich by society standards. I cried about everything with having many fears. My parents spent alot of money on the things I needed. I thought it would be easier if they didn’t have to spend so much money because of me. As I look back, our Father was there all the time. That’s why I didn’t die when I tried to take my life. I was so different from my sisters and brothers, and me being the middle child did not help me at all. But God!!!😭😭😭 He has “FAVORED” me. From that time me waking up, me realizing that it’s okay to be different, not immediately. I had to learn to love the difference, and know The Lord had a need for that difference in the earth as my grandmother’s and elderly cousin taught me. I stayed around them, the fire of the family!!! God my SUSTAINER!!! Slowly but surely The Lord have shown me unconditional love, forgiveness, great grace and mercy. And to know I’m limited, but He is not that All Things Are Possible with Him. 🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️
Message: All people need someone to listen to them as well as children need to be heard. Children are little people where their feelings count as well. If the adult is going through something, we need to remember that child or children could be going through something as well no matter the age. That’s why “LOVING RIGHT” is so important with sharing the LOVE of Jesus Christ and The Good News.🙏✝️🛐🛐✝️🙏
