My sister, I hear the Spirit of God saying, “No more dragging your feet. Swift obedience is what I seek.” What if God delayed in waking us up in the morning? What if He took His time in causing our hearts to beat? We want Him to come to our aid and rescue us swiftly. We pray, Lord, bless us without delay. Then, let’s obey our Father just the same. Swift obedience is His kingdom way. Doing what He says without delay. Let’s forgive quickly. Repent quickly. Obey God quickly. You see, the Lord is coming quickly and His rewards are with Him. May we move at His pace. Not dragging our feet on doing what He says. You know what He’s shown to you and it is time to move.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaamen! Yes, Lord!!!!!!!!! Goodness, the Lord had a conversation with me about this, this morning. I was praying and it dropped so strong in my Spirit. Now, here He is, saying it again in this devotional. I am almost tears. Lord, help me obey. The Spirit is willing, but this flesh is weak.

This is not God honoring or giving up control, trusting God with the outcome and leaving the end result up to Him.
