“Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him…” Psalms 37:7
True rest comes from trusting in God, my sister. If I don’t trust how my husband drives, I won’t be able to rest when he’s behind the wheel. I will stay awake the entire time afraid. And don’t let his knees start to shake. That means he is sleepy and now I really can’t rest. Some of us are just like that. We know God is behind the wheel, but we are wide awake, freaking out, wondering what He’s doing and where He’s taking us. Because we’re not in control, we’re finding it very hard to rest.
But the Lord told me to tell you, “You can rest in Me, My daughter. Don’t worry. I’m taking you higher in Me. I’m not going to harm you. My love does no harm. I only want to bless you. Give Me those cares and those worries of yours. Let Me lift those burdens off of you in My presence. Rest in Me and wait patiently for Me. I am in control of your life. Let Me do what only I can do for you. Let Me make a way out of no way. Let Me do it. Let Me have the wheel while you rest. You’ll be glad you did.”
Prayer: Father, I hear you loud and clear. You are in control, and I need to rest. Help me trust you and rest in you. I thank you for how you love me. Thank you for teaching me how to rest in you while you take me higher. I receive your rest right now in my mind and heart. Help me rest in you and wait patiently for you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Amen. Lately, the Lord has been speaking to me a lot to rest. It is the only way I will survive. I have to let go of the reins and trust that where He is taking me is for my good and not my harm. Even where I am now, it is for my good and not my harm. I want to run from the place where I am now because of the attacks, but He has said to stay and keep making an impact in the lives that are being changed by your light. He has given me the date that I can leave. In the the meantime, I must rest in Him and be steadfast unmovable and always abounding in the work of the Lord,
I have the same thing, prayers up for all of us x

Good morning Father God, God Almighty! I love You for waking me this morning and I thank You! I am learning more and more how to wait on You Father! I was bought up in a household that taught me to worry! I had a great childhood, but I had to worry a lot. My Mom was a police officer. So I worried everyday about whether she would come home or not! She used to talk to us about it! That was a lot for two small kids! That’s why I say, I’m learning now, to not worry! Thank You for Your patience,wisdom and Love Father! I pray in Jesus name, Amen! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I love how Jesus says take my yoke it is light. This is what I’ve been so badly trying to teach to others regarding allowing Jesus to take control. Just give it all to him.
And watch how your life will begin to attract new positive, spiritual energy. Stay Blessed
