A Special Prayer for You

“A generous soul will prosper, and he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed” Proverbs 11:25, Berean Bible Study.

Father, I pray for my sister who is reading this right now. She’s your precious daughter, and you so love her. I pray you supernaturally strengthen her to the core of her being. Meet her right where she is. Pick her up in your loving arms and be her strength. You promise to refresh those who refresh others. Refresh her, Lord. If she needs time away, bless her with that time. If she needs help with her responsibilities, send her that help. If she needs someone to listen to her and be there, Father, give her that companion. She’s not a robot or a machine, only built to serve and do for others. You made her a woman with real needs herself, and you will minister to her every need in your perfect way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  1. This devotional could not have come at a better time. I am in a parched and dry land. We have an 11 month old daughter, Hosanna-Joy, who has never been the greatest sleeper, but the last two months have been exceptionally rough… I’m averaging 2-3 hours of broken sleep a night and just feeling like there’s no way out. I’ve been barely surviving and just numb… I was just messaging my husband how I feel unheard by the Lord. I told him how I feel the Lord is watching me suffer…. I feel isolated and alone. My spiritual life is empty… I need a fresh touch from the Lord; I need Him to make His presence known. These are all things I told my husband….

Then your devotional came through. Thank you! This isn’t the first time your devotionals have helped me hear from the Lord, but this is one of the most impactful ones and I’m truly grateful 🥲

Could you please pray for me? I have shipwrecked Faith and need the Lord. I need sleep.

    All My Love,
    Kelly

  8. Thank you so very much for this prayer. I needed this so much. I’ve spent most of my life helping others as I believe that is what God would have me to do however, I’m beginning to feel rather used up. As when I ask for help of some sort no one is there. I know God is there but just to have someone to care for me would be amazing. God bless you and thank you so very much ❤️❤️

So thankful for these Words to encourage all of us to just keep moving forward… Words to remind us that its OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY…It’s okay to admit we have needs, and trust that God will meet all of them in ways we don’t even expect. So thankful that God is concerned about everything that concerns us.
