Just as My Spirit came upon Jahaziel to speak to King Jehoshaphat and all of the people of Judah and Jerusalem, My Spirit has come upon My servant to speak to you now. You need not fight this battle. Take up your positions, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out and face them, for the Lord is with you. They felt alarmed and sought Me, and I sent My prophet to give them instructions. They listened and obeyed My instructions. They went out singing praises to Me and I set ambushes against their enemy. Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be upheld; believe in His prophets and you will succeed.

Today’s devotional reminds me of these two verses in Exodus 14:13-14 :
And Moses said to the people,
“Do not be afraid. Stand still,
and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today.
For the Egyptians (problems) whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.
The Lord will fight for you,
and you shall hold your peace.”
Praise God for fighting for me!
