“…guard what God has entrusted to you. Avoid godless, foolish discussions with those who oppose you with their so-called knowledge” 1 Timothy 6:20, NLT.
All throughout the Old Testament, we learn of kings who sought the LORD before going into battle and those who didn’t. Those who sought the LORD experienced victory, and those who didn’t experienced defeat and the humiliation that comes along with it. You are a daughter of the King, and every challenge that presents itself to you, my sister, isn’t for you to engage in. There are some battles that are not worth your time or energy. There are more important things the LORD wants you to focus on at this point in your life. To choose your battles wisely is to check in with the Holy Spirit anytime you are presented with an opportunity to engage in conflict.
Prayer: Father God, I ask you to lead me as to what battles to engage in. I need to know what you want me to do in every situation. Guide me by your Holy Spirit so that I won’t waste valuable time and energy. Help me, Lord, to choose my battles wisely. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Do not throw your pearls to swine. Thank you Father for these words of wisdom. I release these foolish people into your will and I will pray for them to be saved. I was once one of those swine’s I could not be talk to about what i called religion. But thru the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and what he on the Cross for me. Praise and worship the Savior of this world Jesus Christ

Since I’ve been on My New Christian Journey things that wouldn’t normally bother me or that I wouldn’t think twice about after I’ve “stepped out of the norm”..NOW they bother me & I hold myself accountable for my actions..I’ve asked the Lord for forgiveness & I KNOW HE HAS..THANK YOU LORD!! I’ve forgiven myself & now I’ll move on. But it just shows me my growth. And trust & believe from here on out..no matter how tempting it maybe to want to respond to something, I WILL choose my battles wisely & do what I KNOW..check in with the Holy Spirit & ALWAYS remind myself of My Favorite Bible Verses Proverbs 3:5-6 & I’ll NEVER go wrong!! I KNOW the Lord has more important things He wants me to focus on RIGHT NOW & I’M GOING TO DO HIS WILL!!
