Congratulations, my dear!

“But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; let those also who love Your name be joyful in You. For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” Psalms 5:11-12, NKJV.

How do you know when you have entered a new place in God? When those old tricks of the devil just don’t work anymore. When what used to depress and discourage you just don’t work, and when what use to ruin your day only makes you laugh. Congratulations, my dear, you’ve gone from glory to glory, and you have entered into His rest. Doesn’t it seem strange to have peace and joy right now? You’re not the same woman. Wow. You have been changed. God has proven Himself faithful and true, and He’s delivering you from all of your fears. Every single one. From the smallest to the greatest. He is with you more than you know, and He is showing you just how real He is. So rest in His love for you. He has you surrounded, and He is faithful and true!

Prayer: Father, thank you for taking me higher in you. Thank you for your work in me. What used to depress and discourage me, doesn’t work anymore. I’m amazed at what you have done in my life. I’m amazed that I am being changed by you. You are faithful and true, and I love you with all my heart. Keep taking me from faith to faith and from glory to glory until I enter into eternal glory with you. Help me rest in your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  14. A supposed remark, that I don’t even quite remember, keeps coming out of the mouth of someone who is supposed to love and support me. I think this person takes advantage of any opportunity to hurt my feelings. So, I’m accused of something, that I don’t remember, that is supposed to have affected some people negatively. I let it be known that I would not allow that remark to hurt me anymore. I felt great about that. I’m still working through it, but I know that God will work it out. Thank you so much for the devotion.
