Have you ever called yourself “stupid”, “slow”, “crazy”, or any other destructive words? Surely those words didn’t make you feel any better about yourself. Many of us understand that we aren’t to destroy others with our words, but we must not destroy ourselves either. Speak these words over yourself: I am a treasure! I will make it! I am God’s masterpiece! I am an overcomer through Jesus! I am God’s daughter! He has a plan for my life and a bright future! I am so loved by God! I am fearfully and wonderfully made! Words like these minister life to your soul.
When everyone is telling you what you can’t do and who you are not, stand and speak out of your mouth that you can and you will. Begin to encourage yourself in the Lord. Prophesy to yourself. Comfort your heart with your own words. Minister life to yourself, and you will find that the same words you use to build up yourself will be the very same words you minister to those around you.
Prayer: Father, thank you for encouraging me. No matter what others think or say, I say what You say. I am Your daughter and You are my Father. As you build me up, help me to build up others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I’m one of those. The Lord told me that I was wrong because it didn’t line up with way He feels about me. I was out of agreement with Him. I was told that every time I said something like that to myself, I’d say “No I’m not! I’m the Rightousness of God in Christ Jesus!”
Father we are so so blessed to know your Love. How can we not know who we are in Christ. Forgive me Father for doubting who I am in You. You are my Savior who has made me perfect in Your sight.
