God is not changing His mind about you!

β€œAnd those he predestined, he also called; and those he called he also justified; and those he justified he also glorified.” Romans 8:30

Some of you are hoping God will fire you and relieve you of your divine calling and your divine responsibility. You are hoping the Lord will see what you see about yourself, that you are unfit and can’t be who He wants you to be or do what He wants you to do. Well, He wants me to tell you, He is not choosing someone else. He is not relieving you of your divine responsibilities. He is not changing His mind about you. He chooses whom He chooses, and His choices are right.

If you want the Lord to see you as unfit for your assignment, He can never do that because He is True, and how you see yourself is a lie. The Lord sees you as justified by the blood of Jesus, qualified, and fully equipped for every good work. He sees you as called according to His own purpose and grace, not according to your works. He is not mad with you, He loves you. He is not firing you; He is setting you on fire with His Holy Spirit. He is not leaving you; He is sending His heavenly host to strengthen you right where you stand. Instead of being stripped of your responsibility, you are being robed with His righteousness and graced for the task at hand, my precious sister.

You are who God said you are, you have what God said you have, and you will do what He said you will do by His grace and by His power!

(Read 2 Timothy 1:9)

  4. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Every time I mess up and screw up I want to give up. I don’t care if he fires me. I appreciate all of you who write these devotions and who listen to the Holy Spirit, reminding me always that he’s chosen me and God has not fired me and he still loves me and he still wants to use me. That’s amazing. Thank you so much. I appreciate your ministry. β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️

  5. Thank you for reminding that God has not given up on me, nor forgotten me, and that I’m his chosen one. I really needed this encouragement this morning.πŸ™ŒπŸ™
