My family and friends are wondering what I want to do for my birthday on February 28th. Well, I would love to celebrate my 43rd by partnering with Water For Life Charity and raising $4800 to help dig a well that will give fresh water to villagers in Kitui & Migwani, Kenya!
Children are dying each day from diseases caused by contaminated drinking water. Let’s help change that and dig a well DOTK Family! Hello Mam..as a technical regarding this issue the same problem they will encounter water contamination in a new well digging if the environment is widely polluted..let us have this principle cause and effect..let us treat the source or have another method of sourcing the water..maybe we can have air sourcing instead of ground water sourcing..and they can have it mobile to another place to produce water…the water they will produce is treated and sanitized already and safe for drinking.
Guess what? I actually work in Kitui, Kenya and I have seen first hand and know what a challenge water availability is here. I am so glad you will be participating in such a worthy cause for your burthday. We are behind you all the way!
