Let’s Get it In!

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

I believe where God is taking us, my sister, we will need to be fit to be able to handle it all. It’s not that God’s promises are dependent on our physical health, but our health and fitness will determine how well we enjoy His promises and for how long. If you want to be able to keep up with that new man of God and kids, and have the strength to clean your gorgeous new home, and be able to handle all the success God is bringing into your life for the long haul, you will need to be physically fit.

Accept the challenge of the Holy Spirit to strengthen your body, and God will add to your efforts His divine strength and supernatural ability. I declare you will thrive in every blessing God brings into your life. You will have the physical strength and endurance necessary to live in your new season without getting tired, giving up, and breaking down. I challenge you to do something each day that contributes to your fitness goals. You truly can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!

Prayer: Father, thank you for challenging me by your Holy Spirit. I’m excited about your future plans for my life, and I want to make sure I’m in tip-top shape to handle it all. I align myself with your promises, and I ask that you help me become healthy and fit in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    1. Thanks for the prayer .
I have been asking God for good health and strength thanks for allowing us to know that we should ask the Holy spirit to allow me to be fit to receive God’s blessings.
      Have a bless day

  1. AMEN! I started back walking last week. I trying to build myself back up before I had surgery. I am believing God to get back to 6 miles 3 or 4 days a week. So thank you for the push!! God bless you, WOG❤️

  2. This seems a bit discouraging. I’m a single mom & struggle with an autoimmune disease that makes it very difficult to get in great physical shape! I’ve been a single mom for 12 years now & have been praying fervently for 12 years of my daughters life for a wonderful Godly husband/daddy for both me & my daughter. This devotion actually hurt my heart, as it’s saying that I will never have what I desire because of my unhealthy/unfit body. It sounds as though I need to look like a super model to have a husband. This is not the first thing I wanted to read this morning! A man of God should love his wife for her heart & her love for Jesus!!! Not a super fit body! I would think that my excitement for the Lord would be more beautiful to a man, than my excitement to have a fit, model type body. How very discouraging to have to read something like this😢

    1. My sister, please read the devotional again. It does not say you will never receive God’s promise because you are physically unfit. It says, being fit helps you be able to better handle everything God wants to bless you with. We pray God heals your physical body, minister to your emotions and blesses you beyond anything you can hope for or imagine.

    2. GoodMorning,
Please don’t be discouraged by this message. Use it as ENCOURAGEMENT to push through whatever you feel or may be going through.
Being physically fit doesn’t have to mean having that super model body. You have to trust God and learn to love & take care the frame you’re blessed with

We all have something that we have dealt with or still dealing with. I am a 2 time stroke survivor (HAD partial paralysis too) BUT GOD🙌🏽. With God all things are possible!!

I raised 3 children as a single mom.
Often times in life we put everything before God and He is a jealous God.

Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that He knows the plans He has for us.

We have to seek Him(put Him first) and lean not to our own understanding.

The process is uncomfortable(I know) and not sure how long.. but know that God is God and able to do just what He said!!

      Be encouraged🙏🏽🙏🏽

    3. So sorry my sister, 😞I was just reading this again and Holy Spirit put it in my heart to read your reply, well your so Right, am man of God is going to except for your heart of God and going to love you deeply for your soul not your appearance, a love that you never have experienced be for, so pls don’t get discouraged, God has a great beautiful plan for her life, hang in there sister give in his timing so rejoice and be still, don’t let the enemy lie to you, you are from more precious than Ruby’s 😍 God bless you…🙏🙏🙏

HE has called me too educate and help bring awareness especially to the Christian community of how important taking care of our God-given temples are so that we can have a long life as he promised and Psalms 91.

I specialize in helping others overcome compulsive eating binge eating emotional eating habits and I’m so grateful that I have the opportunity to pursue something that I’m absolutely passionate about and I know God is for me to pursue.

PLEASE KEEP ME IN PRAYER THAT GOD WILL HAVE HIS WAY AND HE WILL GET LL THE GLORY!
