My sister, fear will no longer paralyze you!

“The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds’ feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!”
Habakkuk 3:19, Amplified Bible

You may want God to answer your prayer by taking away what’s been making you so afraid. Instead of removing it, He makes you able to face it. He changes you from the inside. He makes your feet like the feet of a deer that can climb mountains effortlessly.

When we fully understand who we are in Christ, we can face what we never thought we could face, and fear is no longer able to paralyze us.

In this day and time, what we don’t conquer will conquer us. We are going to have to be bold. We’re going to have to confront our deepest fears with the truth of God’s Word. We’re going to have to get violent and take by force what God has promised. We’re going to have to trust not in our own ability, but in His. We’re more than conquerors through Christ Jesus!

Prayer: Father, thank for helping me not be paralyzed by fear. When I face challenges that seem too great for me, help me trust you to be my courage and confidence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  7. Yes! It is possible with Jesus! About 15 years ago I was able to stand steady as a rock in a circle of people that included the man who molested me as a child. He trembled and avoided eye contact while I stood confident and carried on a conversation with his cousins. I had conquered that fear! I say again, it is possible only with Jesus! Praise God
