“…The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by Godβit is dynamic and can have tremendous power]” James 5:16b, Amplified.
For years you and I have been praying for our family to come to know the Lord. We never know how or when God is going to do it, do we? All we know is He hears our prayers and sees our tears. One by one, we are watching Him save, heal and deliver those we love. One by one, God is going deep down and rescuing every single person we’ve been interceding for. They will never know how much we prayed for them, will they? And to see God’s wonderful light in their eyes, and see them serving the Lord will bring joyful tears.
My sister, let’s keep praying for our loved ones. God heard us the moment we opened our mouths. Hold on to the dream He gave you. Hold on to the prophetic word He spoke to you. He heard and He is going to answer our prayers in His perfect timing and in His perfect way. He has released the hound of heaven on those we love the most because He loves them far more. He is softening hardened hearts and opening blinded eyes.
In this evangelistic partnership between us and the Lord, it is important that we remember what God did for us. How He looked past our wrong and saw our need for Him. How He saved us at the right time. How He came in and washed away all our sin. How no one can tell that we did the things we once did.
Let’s remember how He removed the filth and dressed us in holiness and gave us a new heart, a new mind and a new identity in Christ. Remembering this, my sister, helps our heart stay full of compassion because we know what it’s like to be lost. Remembering this helps our minds stay humble because we did nothing to earn the great blessings God has bestowed on us.
The Lord will save our household.
None will be lost.
None.
Prayer: Father, thank you for giving me the strength to pray. Thank you for helping me to not give up on my family. No matter what I see or feel, I trust that you hear my prayers for my loved ones. Thank you for softening hardened hearts, healing wounded souls, and saving those who are lost. Do what only you can by saving them, Father, and help me do my part of trusting you and being your daughter and your servant. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I will not give up on my family, those who are close and dear to my heart. Some trust in chariots and some in horses but I will trust in the Lord. Thank you for this encouraging devotional. Blessings, Shalom and Agape πππ½β₯οΈπππ½
After praying for eight years for my sister and I to be a family again, this Easter, I called my sister and she answered the phone, Sisters, God is listening to our prayers, but in , his time I was trusting in Him more and he was getting me ready in Christ, Pray without stopping it is worth the wait, It showed me how to build a loving relationship again, God died for me and I was broken person and He forgave me, Now it was my turn to forgive the past and rebuild a relationship with my sister, Things happen for a reason, and I developed a true humble relationship in my surrender to God, Praise God for changing the bad things in life for good, My life is better because you are truly in it everyday and you are walking with me. Amen
Amen & Amen. I pray every day for my loved ones to come to Jesus as I did years ago with the help of my precious sister. Thank You, Lord! I can’t imagine where I’d be without You in my life. You have blessed me in so many ways & I’m so grateful to be on this journey with You by my side β€οΈπππ
