Repent, my sister.

“For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.” 2 Corinthians 7:10, NKJV

I love you, my sister. It’s time to repent from the heart. It’s time to change direction and change your course of action. You’ve been heading southbound in that area, and it’s time to make a complete 180 turn and go north. You are going the wrong way with the wrong people, and God wants you to completely turn around before you drive yourself over a cliff. Godly sorrow produces repentance. It’s more than just being sad you made a mistake. Godly sorrow means you’re deeply sorry because you know your Father is a good Father, a holy Father, and He loves you.

I’ve been there so many times, and He forgives me as if it’s the first time I missed it, because to Him it is the first time. My sister, every time you go to your heavenly Father needing forgiveness, to Him, it’s the first time because when He forgive you, He forgot it. To Him, we’re not sinners saved by grace. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We are redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. We are His daughters, and He sees us as perfect and flawless because of the blood of Jesus that covers us completely. So even when we come to Him with something we did, He quickly forgives us and embraces us and washes us so that nothing keeps us from coming to Him. Sin separates us from our Father because of the shame and guilt we feel, but nothing, absolutely nothing, can separates Him from us because He loves us.

Maybe you discovered that you enjoy the sin. Or, maybe you are tired of repenting for the same thing. This is an issue of the heart that your Father specializes in. He changes hearts. Maybe you are knee deep in that thing and have given yourself over into it. Well, God specializes in deliverance too. Jesus came to set you free.

Our Father promises that when godly sorrow produces repentance, it will lead to His salvation, not to be regretted. Meaning God will forgive you, wash you, deliver you, and make you whole to where there is no lingering regret whatsoever. He turns your mess into a powerful message. He loves His daughters, and He is always ready with arms wide open to bless us with His mercy and love. None of us deserve it, but that has never stopped Him from loving us. We are precious to Him. Repent and get back right with your Father so He can bless you with all that He promised.

Prayer: Father, I’m so sorry for sinning against you. I repent right now by turning away from sin and turning to you. Wash me, Father. Clean me. Save and deliver me. Create in me a clean heart. Renew a right spirit in me. I want to do right because you are so good to me. You don’t deserve me acting like this. Help me live right and let this sin go. I love you and I receive your love, your amazing grace and your rich mercy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  7. I would like to say thank you again for allowing God to speak through you and thanking God for His perfect word
Last night after reading I was broken and started repenting of all the doors I have opened and allow Satan to come in and take control starting where God showed me
My mind the doors I opened to think negative thoughts think up lies I opened these doors my
Mouth i opened doors to speak evil to someone and so on this was amazing last night and God revealed areas I needed to repent from even my hand to touch no unclean thing as far as a man and to know it’s not of God
Thank you Lord so much for showing me Me through you servant as you spoke to her to let me hear your voice speaking to me
I need to hold the hand of the Lord and no unclean thing I need to walk where He tells me not where I want to want
This was a great night with the Lord again Thank you Lord help others to recognize the doors they have opened and only you can close
Lots of love and forgiveness 💕
