You are full of Him

“..that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:19

My sister, you are full of the Lord. You are not lacking. It doesn’t matter what you see or how you feel, you are not lacking in any area. You are fully furnished for the good work God has purposed you to do. You are full of His Spirit and full of His love. If I were to fill my pantry and close the door, my children could come and say, we don’t have anything. Just because they don’t see the full pantry doesn’t mean it’s not full. In that case, they would have to trust me. So it is with you and I. We must trust and believe that God has filled us completely with His Holy presence whether we feel anything or not. We must believe we are filled completely with His oil and His power, whether we see instant deliverance or not. God has not lied to you about how full you are, how saved you are, how loved you are, and how graced you are. His word is true about you, and just because you can’t see it, feel it, or touch it doesn’t mean the pantry of your spirit isn’t full to the overflow with God Himself, and ready to minister to your every need and the needs of others.

Prayer: Father, thank you for the indwelling presence of your Holy Spirit. Thank you for coming to live and take up residence in me. I choose to trust you and not my eyesight or feelings. I trust the truth of your word that says I am in you and you are in me. Let this understanding bring me great joy and peace. Help me go about my day with a deeper awareness that I’m full of you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
