An attitude of gratitude will take you a long way in life, my sister, but a complaining spirit will close doors before you even get close. It will cause people to change their minds about blessing you. You must choose to be deeply grateful for every little thing and your eyes will open to see more to thank God for. It’s not that God is going to be good to you. He is good to you right now because good is who the Lord is.
Prayer: Father God, forgive me for any complaining I’ve done. I receive your love and forgiveness. Touch my eyes and help me see your goodness all around me. Give me a grateful heart and thankful spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
