Jesus is right at the door.

“He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus! May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22‬:‭20‬-‭21‬, NLT‬‬.

When I was a young girl, my mother would call and say she was on her way home. That meant stop whatever you’re doing and clean up! Quickly moving from room to room making sure the house was clean, I can still hear my older brother issuing commands to me and my little sister. When we were done, Mom would walk in and smile. I think a clean house was and still is her primary love language.

Well, my sister, Jesus has called by way of His Holy Spirit and said, Hey, I’m on My way. We already know what this means for us as His church—stop whatever we are doing and clean up! Nothing is more important than a clean heart and a holy life right now. Put all of the harmful things that don’t belong in a trash bag and throw it out. Call anyone you’ve wronged and ask for their forgiveness. And if there is any unforgiveness in your heart, receive the strength of God to forgive and bless them.

We are not just surface cleaning either. We are letting the Lord get under the couch, behind the table, and to the high places that are not too hard for Him to reach. He is pulling out furniture and helping us see any hidden thing we’ve entertained that has kept us in a cycle of sin and shame. Anything that doesn’t belong in the home of our hearts and in the precious life He’s redeemed, He’s throwing it out by His Holy Spirit.

The Lord has made us clean through His precious blood, and now He is helping us be what He has already made us. May He come on that glorious day and smile because He has found His daughters ready for His return!

Prayer: Yes, Lord, I hear you. I receive the help of your Holy Spirit to prepare for your soon return. Prepare my heart. Prepare my life. Remove what’s not like you, Lord. I want you to come and smile. I surrender completely to you as my Savior and Lord. Hallelujah. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

To my sister who has chosen in her heart to reject this message and not prepare for Christ’s return, when you are left behind, please whatever you do, DO NOT take the mark of the beast. Many will suffer and a false savior will rise to power and will appear to be the Messiah. He is not. If you choose to surrender to Jesus, He promises to come and return for you. Endure to the end and you will be saved.

  1. The ending of this devotional was quite jarring. I did not feel the same spirit of love as the previous section. I have never commented, however, this was very unsettling in my spirit.

    1. My sister, I write what the Lord gives me to write, and I don’t think He’s leading me to change anything about today’s devotional. However, I will check back in with Holy Spirit and see if I missed it at all. In the meanwhile, I suggest you also pray and ask the Lord why did the last part affect you so? I trust He will make it clear. We know He is not the author of confusion. Praying God’s grace and peace all over you.

  2. Clean up and have a clean heart! I want to be in the Lamb’s Book of Life. I receive, I receive, I receive. Thank you, precious Lord 🙌🏽✝️♥️ and thank you, Sister Kesha! 💗

  3. Hallelujah, thank You Jesus! Good morning Father God, My Rock and my Redeemer! Thank you Father for allowing Your Son to come to earth to save me, to save my soul! You are an Amazing God! You love me, far more than I can imagine! Thank You Father God! I pray these things in Jesus Christ name, Amen! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
