To my sisters suffering abuse.

It is heartbreaking to see my sisters tolerate abuse of any kind. As soon as a man even looks at you wrong with hatred in his eyes, pay attention. You do not deserve to be cussed at, threatened or mishandled. If you are a victim of abuse, God will give you a plan of escape but you must take it. It breaks His heart to witness His daughter subject herself and His babies to someone that does not reflect His character. That man may never change. He may never be healed. But as long as you stay in that trauma, neither will you. The Lord is going to give you a way of escape, and He’s going to provide supernaturally for you and your children. Don’t look back. Keep going. Your life matters to God. Your children’s lives matter to God. You are not responsible for anyone’s anger or their healing. You are responsible, however, for you and your children’s safety.
