A Special Prayer for You

“A Psalm of David. The LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, to guide and to shield me], I shall not want” Psalm 23:1, Amplified.

Father God, my sister loves you. You care about her and you have her needs in mind. Help her, Lord, shift her focus from her needs to you. You tell her to not be unwise, but understand what your will is. Show my sister your will. Show her your way. Father, help her be led and guided by you in every single area of her life. Be her Chief Shepherd and help her follow after you. Help her not allow her needs to drive her life, or drive her decisions. I pray she lets you drive her life. Holy Spirit govern her and show her what to do, where to go, and what opportunities to take. She knows, Lord, she shall not lack for anything.

According to Psalms 84:11, You are her sun, and you are her shield. You give grace, Lord, and you give glory. You promise that no good thing will you withhold from them who walk uprightly. And so help her trust in that promise, Father God, that you are not withholding anything. Help her receive the patience of the Holy Ghost, the patience of Christ while she waits on you while you do what only you can do. Her trust is in you, Father. Hallelujah. Amen.
