“He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform” Romans 4:20-21, NKJV.
Years ago, I worked for an employer that no one liked. The work atmosphere was always stressful and everyday I came home feeling discouraged and stressed out. My attitude wasn’t good at all. I began to pray and ask God if I could leave and move on to something else, but He told me, “No, change your attitude.” So with His help, that’s what I began to do. I would say, “I love my job, I love my job, I love my job and everyone I work with!” I would say this on my way to work, under my breath while at work, and on my way home. I even put sticky notes on my computer. After a while of changing my attitude, God began to bless me with favor on that job. He even blessed me to minister to my boss and we became great friends! When I did leave that job it wasn’t out of frustration; it was because God had promoted me to another assignment.
The Israelites were delayed forty years from entering into the Promised Land because of their attitude. Don’t let a bad attitude extend your stay in a place you know you’re not destined to be. God wants to bless you with promotion, favor and blessings. Start saying, “I love my job and I love everyone I work with!!!” Say it by faith!
Choose to have a right attitude. My husband always say, “If you can’t get out of something, get into it!” If God’s not allowing you to leave an uncomfortable situation, ask Him to help you get into it. He has you there for a reason and a purpose. There’s someone He wants you to reach. Change your attitude by focusing on why you are there. Maybe it’s not for you, but for them.
Prayer: My God! Forgive me for my attitude. Help me to have and maintain a right attitude of faith, of thankfulness, and trust in you! I trust your perfect timing and your perfect way. Use me where I am. Be glorified in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thank you, Lord. I will have the right attitude about my job. My family my situation in life and I know you will do what you said you would do.. In Jesus name, amen.
Help me Lord to be patient and kind and know that you will do what you promised. Lord set us free like your word Said you would. The Bible said you came to set the captives free so Lord do what only you can do and truly deliver us. I love you and in the meantime help me to stay positive and in prayer to go through this battle.
Thank you for the word. Even though I am no longer in the working world, I have family and friends that I have shared this with. Praise God for the messenger of His word. 🙌🏾🙌🏾
✝️♥️🙏🏾
Amen, Thank You Lord. I will keep a positive attitude about my life and all my situations that you called me to handle. Knowing that you are in full control of everything. With you lord all things are possible. Thank you for always giving me the victory.
Have a good attitude in everything. We serve a great God. So praise Him and you will feel your spirit soar! The happier you choose to be, the more God will reward you. This way, your attitude will draw others to God. Having a good attitude even helps you when you lose some one you love. You can be happy that your loved one is in Heaven, instead of mourning their loss. Your choice.
I lost my big brother last August 10, 2024 unexpectedly, and because I chose to be happy for him, my heart knows that I will see him some day in the future, for he chose to honor God with his life. I want to honor his life, here on earth, as I live my life on my path to Heaven. To God be the glory!
I know that this was absolutely for me! Before reading this devotional, I prayed and had a feeling that God was going to address my attitude at work lately. I recognize that it hasn’t been the most positive and pleasing. And here goes God, doing what He does best…showing up on His time. I am encouraged no matter what’s going on and want to thank you, Sister Kesha, for being God’s vessel. Blessings and love!!
Amen, thank you Father God for your love and keeping my attitude of love for all in the mighty name of Jesus Amen🙏🏾💜
In Jesus Name Amen & Amen 🙏🏽
