Come as you are.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

“My daughter, I love you. I love you and I know everything about you. I love you even more with your imperfections and mistakes. Don’t wait until you believe that you have paid for it long enough, regretted it long enough, figured it out and conquered it all, before coming to me. That kind of thinking will leave you feeling very alone and far away from me.

Come to me. Bring me your brokenness and I will make you whole. Come to me with your regrets and let me remind you that your sin was paid for on the Cross. You are forgiven and there is no reason for you to stay in that dark place. Come to me with the heavy ugly load of shame you have been carrying. I will bear it all for you and for your former shame I will give you a double portion.

Come as you are. Sit with me and find joy in my presence. Be With me and find healing for your broken heart. Talk to me and let me tell you how much I love you and that you are my masterpiece. Then, dine with me at the table I have prepared for you. Where you will feast on the bread of life and rivers of living water will quench your soul”, says the Lord.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:8.

  5. Amen these pasts few weeks has left me thinking and feeling like Father is not close to me and I felt torn and pulled both directions hearing the Spirit call me yet hearing the voices of the world calling me I know I am in this race and it’s not who starts it yet who finishes it yet feeling pulled both directions not having enough time in the day to pray read or listen to a sermon or even listen to the Spirit telling I am here the other voices can be so loud and I find myself wanting Father and all His ways yet fighting to stay the course set before me also see it as a swimmer trying to stay a float in the middle of the race after exhaustion sits in
I feel like Paul who says I do not do what I want to do yet I don’t do what I need to do yet I know to do it and yet I don’t so confusing yet so true
Thank you fior sharing Fathers heart pray I stay the course amen

  9. Father, thank You that we can “Come To You As We Are”, and as we do searching for You with all our hearts we will find You. That Your love help us to know, You and know Your presence is with us when life gets hard. You’re not an “High Priest” that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Help Us as we come to You with all our needs that we will wait on You to bring to past as we trust You learning, growing through each tribulation. May we “Come To You As We Are”, knowing You want to fill us as we empty ourselves to You as only You can.🛐🛐🛐❤️❤️❤️
