My sister, you will live and not die!

“Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He sent forth His word and healed them; He rescued them from the Pit” Psalms 107:19-20, Berean Study Bible.

A week ago, the enemy attacked my health. My back was in severe pain, and I could barely walk. While lying in bed, I prayed and asked the Lord what was happening with my body. For an entire week, I laid in the bed and slept more than I’ve slept in a very long time. As days went by, healing began to manifest, and I began to feel my strength returning. My family would ask, how are you feeling? I would say I’m feeling better and better every day. I said this by faith until it became my reality. Praise God! He turned what the enemy meant to harm me around for my good and gave me a week of deep sleep I had been needing.

My sister, your health may be under attack, but know that your heavenly Father is going to cause what the enemy has sent to harm you, to turn around and be a deep blessing for you. There’s a blessing in the storm. As long as you have breath in your lungs, you have a purpose from God, and you’re not leaving this earth until His purpose for your life is fulfilled. When it comes to sickness and disease, you don’t have to receive it. You don’t have to put up with it. It’s not your “thorn” that you have to live with. You can say by faith; my God has given me a purpose, and I will fulfill my purpose in total and complete health. Nothing will hinder you from completing God’s assignment for your life. No sickness! No disease! No pain! Nothing! My sister, you will live and not die. You will declare the glorious works of your Father! In Jesus’ name!

Prayer: Hallelujah! Thank you, Father! I say by faith, I walk in divine health. Sickness and disease have to leave my body in Jesus’ name. Every part of me is operating the way you designed it to work. I speak healing over my body, mind, and every aspect of my being. Until total wholeness manifests for me, help me continue to bless your name, rest in you, and do what I can to advance your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  1. Thank you thank you. I so needed to hear this. I’m going on 4 weeks post cervical surgery. Today I can say I am getting better and better every day. Thank you.

  2. Truly needed this. The enemy is trying to remind me that my daughters both have epilepsy. That they will always have it, but I spoke this prayer and reminded the enemy my family is healed. Thank you

  3. I have long term illnesses and have had very bad times. But after decades I finally got correct medicine. But I had to try so many things. I’m still recovering. God brought me the correct health professionals after decades of bad state run healthcare workers. The state system is corrupt in my country. Praise God for caring and answering prayers. This blog helped me through the worst times and now I’m stronger and learnt a lot about faith and relationship with God. Bad times can do this

  4. Your posts have been pretty much spot on Biblically until today.

I will have to be honest with you. This devotion borderlines on ‘name it and claim it’ doctrine going around. and that we will be healed from our infirmities if we just pray and believe

One line from the devotion that is not biblical….
“When it comes to sickness and disease, you don’t have to receive it. You don’t have to put up with it. It’s not your β€œthorn” that you have to live with.”

Be careful sister, many sisters in Christ are listening to you. .
    But God …
what if God does not allow healing but uses at an instrument of His Grace , His Love, His Mercy

    1. Amen!
Paul sought the Lord three times to remove this thorn in the flesh, this demonic angel that stirred up persecution through people. C. The Lord answered, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
