“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” Ephesians 2:10, NKJV.
I never envisioned myself being a first lady or a preacher for that matter. So when I met my husband who dreams of pastoring a church one day, I questioned our compatibility right from the start. I told God, “I can’t be what he will need me to be.” I was a free flowing creative spirit who hated to feel boxed in. I was planning on becoming a famous painter or an art gallery owner, and ministry was no where near my life’s pursuit. But God knows us better than we know ourselves. And with every purpose He gives us, He provides the passion, the anointing, the grace and the wisdom necessary to fulfill that particular assignment.
While in prayer, He began to give me a heart for pastor wives. I would find myself praying for them and my heart was enlarged for these precious daughters of God who give so much without asking anything in return. It was then that God birthed within me a passion for ministering to women. Passion is created in prayer. God enlarges our hearts and causes our will to align with His will. He opens our eyes to see problems and how He is going to use us to solve them. It is a beautiful thing! While you may not be called to be a pastor’s wife, trust that the Lord will give you the passion for what He has called you to do. He will equip you and cause all grace to abound toward you!
Prayer: Father, thank you for speaking to my heart. I pray that you bless your precious daughters throughout the world who are serving alongside their husband’s in ministry. It is not an easy task, but your grace won’t fail them. As for me, Lord I trust that you know what is best for my life. Shape me and mold me into the woman you would have me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

What a timely word from the Lord this morning! Selah
I work with poverty level people just give me a greater passion for them. Fill my eyes with tears that I might see. Ears to hear to feel them with your heart. I am a director of a nonprofit organization the many situations that break my heart.
Thank you Father for an on-time word. Father I felt defeated about yet another incident at work. I just feel like i cant quite measure up and also have the descernment to know what to do, how to handle these situations and who to trust. Please enlarge my heart to know what my purpose is, if this job needs to go or if my heart and spirit need to grow. Lord I need you like never before. I need you Lord. Im crying out to you day and night for revelation and breakthrough Lord. Help me in my shortcomings. Please Lord I beg you. I know and have faith you will come through like you come through for others because you have no respect of persons. Lord im crying out to you! I know you will come through and blow my mind. I love and adore you. Thank you for this ministry.

Lord give me that desire and passion.
Thank you for working in me.
And He is working in you too.
We just need to pray, watch, trust and obey.

Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy. Lord as I go from day to day, Lord show me the woman that you want me to be. Create in me a clean heart because I know, I know that somewhere in all of this mess, there is a God fearing woman waiting to be born. Birth me out oh Lord, right now in Jesus name Amen, Amen again,
Lord, my passion grows in and out. I am paralyzed by fear of moving forward, and fearful if I do not. Please continue to break down the barriers that keep me from moving forward in Your will for my life. Help me to overcome myself so that I can go and touch the many lives You have assigned for me. In Jesus Name!

Father God I give you all the praise, glory, and honor. Father thank You for Your Grace this morning to live for you not this world…Father God I ask as I began my day that my mind stay on you asking for guidence through The Holy Spirit leading me into righteousness allowing me to help others to see The Hope, Goodness & Truth In CHRIST JESUS…shinning in me. Praying always In The Name of Jesus that I hear and obey The Will of GOD. Amen
