The Lord didn’t bring you this far to leave you.

“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you” Deuteronomy 31:6, NLT.

God has brought you a long way and He’s not going to leave you now. You may be in the fight of your life. You may be in the fight for other people’s lives and in the fight of faith, but I know you will not give up. You will not lose hope, you will not lose heart and you will not faint because God is with you and He lives on the inside of you. He is helping you to stay the course. He is helping you fight the good fight of faith. It’s okay to cry, but eventually you will wipe away those tears and let God do what only He can do in your life. Your prayers were heard and God will answer you. It may look like nothing’s happening, but that won’t move you. There are sisters all over the world who are standing, praying and fighting to trust God just like you are. Women all over the world are resisting the temptation to give up and throw in the towel. They are fighting because they know the God they serve is true and faithful. The road has not been easy, but it will be worth it in the end. Be encouraged today in knowing God has a plan and purpose for everything you’ve been through, and it is all working together for your good, and for the good of those who will be blessed by you. Stay the course and keep the faith!

Prayer: Father, thank you for encouraging my heart. Thank you that you didn’t bring me this far to leave me. Help me stay in the fight of faith. Help me to trust and believe in your faithfulness and truth. Help me to draw strength from my relationship with you as I live in these times. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

(Read Isaiah 41:10)

  8. Reading this was like God knew I needed to hear these exact words. I’m fighting with everything in me for my daughter Savannah Rose my prodigal who is 20yrs old. She’s gone into the world and has rebelled and turned from our Lord. My heart aches really really bad. I weep in anguish for her to return. This devotion encouraged me to know and continue to trust Jesus for her safe return back into His arms. I’m a praying mother with battle scars, the battle gets weary but it’s Devotionals like this that stir me up, put that armour back on and do warfare for souls! One being my Savannah Rose 🌹
Bring her Lord to her knees so she can surrender her heart to you. If you read this comment, please lift up my Savannah in your prayers. God bless you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

    1. Hey Liz, reading your comment almost brought tears to my eyes. I know how you feel. But can I encourage you today? I have been standing in and trusting God for the salvation of my spouse soul. It’s been a journey! God used it to fix me and mature me in the faith. Just last night, he returned home to the arms of the Father. My spouse is now saved to the Glory of God. Hang in there ma’am. He’s the same God yesterday, today and forever and his heart aches for Savanahs return even more than yours. I love you ma, I wish I could hug you right now because I realised this was where I used to be and now God has brought the promise to pass.. I pray that he will replace your spirit of heaviness for a garment of praise. Jesus loves you so much and he will make you smile again. Savannah will come home to Christ and she will be an instrument in God’s Kingdom. Trust him!

    2. Keep the Faith and keep Praying. I’ve been there. Years ago the LORD returned my daughter back home to me from being out there in the wilderness and now she is FAITHFULLY in the ministry serving God like never before. KEEP PRAYING ❣️
