The Lord is getting our attention.

“Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.” Psalms 103:4

When the Lord says in Psalms 103 that He redeems our lives from destruction, the word “redeems” is plural for a reason. On our journey with the Lord, He will continually redeem our lives from destruction. Often, we find ourselves in danger unknowingly and He is faithful to speak to His daughters and get His message to us, making it clear as day. He lifts up an undeniable sign right in our faces that says, “Hey, what you are doing is causing more harm than you realize! Stop! “Hey, that relationship is going to destroy your life! Stop!” “I know you think what you’re doing is innocent, but that’s going to destroy your marriage and family! Stop!”

My sister, the Lord is making it very clear today. He will not allow you to destroy your life, your family, or the ministry He has given you. He loves you and is right there to redeem you from destructive paths. His desire is that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. His desire is for you to continue on the path of righteousness that leads to everlasting life. His plan is for you to continue to go from faith to faith and from glory to glory!

Prayer: Father God, thank you for being my faithful redeemer. You are my faithful friend. Get my attention when I’m not seeing the harm in what I’m doing. When I don’t see the trouble something I’m involved in is causing, please wake me up. Wake me up, Lord! Snap me all the way back to reality and help me see what you need me to see. Keep me on the right path that leads to life! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  1. I’m sorry. “Redeems” is plural? Because it has an “s”? I’m confused. I’ve been blessed by this ministry for a long time and I’m grateful but this is confusing. Redeems is a used as a verb, isn’t it?

  2. Amen! Good morning Father God, The almighty leader of this universe! Thank You for waking me this morning Father God! Thank You for guiding me through life, the life You gave me! Thank You Father for Your Grace and Mercy! In Jesus Christ name I pray, Amen! πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ

  3. I don’t always comment but this ministry has greatly blessed me throughout the years; especially, when it comes to relationships. Every time I am in the wrong relationships that tries to send me on a destructive path, God steps in. It is painful in the flesh but I cannot allow my flesh to hinder my spirit or the blessings that God has for me. Lord, I thank you for the pain. I thank you for breaking me so that I can fully rely on you because my marriage, family, and finances are at stake. Lord I glorify you!! In Jesus’ name.

  4. And what happens, when we have? When we thought we were making the right choice, given the circumstances – but it ended up ruining a lot of what i thought was supposed to become my ministry but “going back” is not an option any longer?

What do we do then? What does God do, then?

  5. Amen & Thank You, Lord! for continually saving me from myself. I love You, Lord, & am eternally grateful for all You do, & have done, for me β€οΈπŸ™πŸ•ŠπŸ˜Š
