“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him…” Psalms 37:7
One day while in prayer, God reminded me how He has called us to rest. True rest comes from trusting in God. If I don’t trust how my husband drives, I won’t be able to rest at all when he’s behind the wheel. I will stay awake the entire time. And don’t let his knees start to shake. That means he is sleepy. Oh boy, now I really can’t rest. Some of us are just like that, we know God is behind the wheel, but we are wide awake, freaking out, wondering what He’s doing and where He’s taking us. Because we’re not in control, we’re finding it very hard to rest.
But the Lord told me to tell you, “You can rest in Me, My daughter. Don’t worry. I’m taking you higher in Me. I’m not going to harm you. My love does no harm. I only want to bless you. Give Me those cares and those worries of yours. Let me lift those burdens off of you in My presence. Rest in Me and wait patiently for Me. I am in control of your life. Let Me do what only I can do for you. Let Me make a way out of no way. Let Me do it. Let Me have the wheel while you rest. You’ll be glad you did.”
Prayer: Father, I hear you loud and clear. You are in control, and I need to rest. Help me trust you and rest in you. I thank you for how you love me. Thank you for teaching me how to rest in you while you take me higher. I receive your rest right now in my mind and heart. Help me rest in you and wait patiently for you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I Will Rest In My Trust In The LORD!
Help me to I need God to take control and lead me and guide me through these challenges I’m facing right now. It’s my own fault, but I’m trusting in his word and love to just take control, great encouragement.

🙌🙌🙌Amen, Amen, and Amen!!! True rest comes from trusting in God our Father.❤️❤️❤️ It’s knowing His “LOVE” and what it means what He did for us on the Cross!!! 😭😂😭Using His Word in Matthew to “Come To Him” is a great way to end for encouragement, wisdom to give counsel. In His Word there are so many scriptures that will give us comfort so we can find that “True Rest Is Trusting God!” He is teaching me to trust Him and learn to rest in Him. God is Our Father and Good Shepherd, and He’s not angry that we have to learn to trust and rest in Him. To learn to let Him take control of our lives. How will we learn if we don’t go through the things that we do? That’s how He builds us, strengthens us in our faith and our beliefs with every trial and tribulation. But to remember that He is Immanuel- God Is With Us!!!
*Hebrews 4:9 – There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.🛐🛐🛐

This is truly what I needed to hear today. I have been so stressed lately since my mom passed away on Monday. My sister has been calling about the Will, even before the funeral arrangements have been finalized. I tried to get an order of protection but was denied today. I’m trying to find a lawyer we can afford. We gave her a copy of the Will tonight in hopes she will leave me alone. I’m so tired of being afraid of her, I need to rest, I need to grieve, I will trust in the Lord and rest and let him stand watch over me.
I honestly needed to read this. I have been stressed and overwhelmed over something that happened Monday. I am tired a s exhausted but my trust will be in GOD. Pray for me and my family please.

28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.”
