When you are weak, He is strong.

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me” 2 Corinthians 12:9, NIV.

Sometimes I don’t feel like praying. It’s not that I don’t love the Lord. I do, but there are times when I don’t have the energy to press into Him like I usually do. Right there in my weakness, I pour out my heart to my loving Father, and He strengthens me supernaturally.

God’s strength is made perfect when our strength is gone, my sister. There’s no need for us ever to pretend that we’re not weak and needy of Him. He is our strength, and He will give us the spiritual boost we need to go on.

The Lord hears our faintest cries and He lifts us up. Yes, He is a good Father who gives us the help we need right when we need it. Let’s pour out our hearts to Him today, and receive His supernatural strength. When we are weak, He is strong!

Prayer: Father God, I bless you for your goodness and your faithfulness. You know my need, and you meet it every time. Thank you for loving me the way you do. I need you more than anything. I can’t do this without you. Strengthen me according to your word. I receive it now. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
