“You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier” 2 Timothy 2:3-4, NKJV.
What totally frustrates the devil is there is absolutely nothing he can do to get you off of God’s plan for your life. He can attack your body, and you only become stronger. He can cause you to suffer loss, and your love for God only grows deeper. He can attack your family and relationships, and it only makes you seek God even more. That resilience that you possess, my sister, is the quality of a real soldier. God has chosen you to be a soldier for Him!
Being a soldier doesn’t mean you are numb to pain or that you always feel brave. It doesn’t mean you never face a challenge that makes you want to give up. Nor does it mean you never fall or make a mistake. It means no matter what happens, you choose from deep within to move forward in God. No matter what obstacle you face, you always find a way to come out on top! Even when you don’t feel like it, you are good soldier of Christ, and through Him, you possess divine resilience!
Prayer: Father God, thank you for choosing me to be a soldier in your great army. Thank you for equipping me with everything I need. Thank you for your divine resilience. I choose to forget about yesterday and not stress over tomorrow. I receive the help of your Holy Spirit now to accomplish your mission for today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Divine resilience it is.
I can attest that arrows have been thrown at me, but they reminded me that the enemy ain’t alseep so I didn’t have a choice but to draw closer and closer to God….where I am at, the enemy can’t get to me….and even if he does I am confident I will walk out victorious.
