A Special Prayer for You

“A generous soul will prosper, and he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed” Proverbs 11:25, Berean Bible Study.

Father, I pray for my sister who is reading this right now. She’s your precious daughter, and you so love her. I pray you supernaturally strengthen her to the core of her being. Meet her right where she is. Pick her up in your loving arms and be her strength. You promise to refresh those who refresh others. Refresh her, Lord. If she needs time away, bless her with that time. If she needs help with her responsibilities, send her that help. If she needs someone to listen to her and be there, Father, give her that companion. She’s not a robot or a machine, only built to serve and do for others. You made her a woman with real needs herself, and you will minister to her every need in your perfect way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I know I heard You in February saying I didn’t need to take thyroid medicine anymore and I don’t know why I’m feeling so bad but it feels my thyroid is way off like in times past. Help me to keep my eyes on You, I know You are walking on my storms, finances and health and relationships. I know You bring me some people who will become my friends. Thank You the help of my countenance and my God!

    Father, I would like to excell I’m my career, in a different area. I want your will for my life, the same as a Godly
    fearing husband, that his heart is after you, A real Christ like Man, gentle,respectful, honoring you, washing me in your word,healthy,gentle & loving.

    The last 3 years you given me 3 members in the same family.
    Brother, wife she passed 3 months ago, now her husband. The husband has in & out hospital.

    The last month I been taking care of the dogs. Thank you for blessing me with work of hands. You know what I need help me Father, please protect my body, help me to start taking care of myself, working out,eating. And primary my walk with you, my relationship with you, my time with you!

    O Holy Holy Father, I trust in you, show the path you have for me, Obedient to your word,following the holy sprit,
    & helping the posture heart, yet protecting my heart. Restore my body,mind soul through you.

  15. Thank You for this special prayer. I absolutely needed to read this at this moment. I’m trying to work through a very trying time with my adult daughter, but I feel like no one can understand my plight. I do and do and do for others, but because I’m the stepmother, adult, etc., I need to put aside my concerns and just bear it. I am not a robot. I have feelings too. I know I can’t understand it now, but I remain hopeful that soon I will.

  16. Kesha, thank you for your obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ. I have been reading dotk since 2013. I was searching for a devotion online and found it. I am so thankful to God I did! Your devotions and writing are surely among the most anointed I have ever read! And I have read them all! Maybe not all, but the classics for sure. I cannot tell you how many times God has used you and your writing to cut to the very depths of my heart and speak to me directly. It was through one of your devotions I claimed my deliverance from my abusive husband. And praise be to God! Jesus delivered me! In 2023 I celebrated forty years, a generation, of knowing the Lord. I started out strong, but after some time, and my divorce and him commiting suicide, I fell. I am healing, please pray for me. You are truly one of the most gifted writers Ive ever read! Thank you! I too am a writer. I won the honors award in college. I couldn’t believe it. I truly believe I am supposed to write for the Lord, I just don’t think I’m ready. God bless you Kesha with a double portion!
