Luke 10:41 (NKJV) — And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part which will not be taken away from her.”
In the story of Mary and Martha, it is clear to see that there was distraction in their home. Martha had originally welcomed Jesus into her home as she prepared some food for Him. Her sister Mary, made a decision to be at the feet of Jesus to hear His Words. Martha was busy doing many things in service towards the Lord and Mary was serving Him another way by hearing His words with obedience and surrender at His feet. Since Jesus is our Prince of Peace, He enlightened and gently corrected Martha for demanding that her sister get up from what she was doing. You see the enemy doesn’t want us to be still and listen. He would rather keep us busy with this and that till we grow weary, heavy burdened, and completely drained. I have learned these things the hard way. Simply by sitting at the feet of Jesus in prayer, we are able to really know and understand what the Lord is trying to say. He is always pursuing us and desires nothing more than our time. With His strength and direction, we are able to face the day knowing His hand is in ours, with nothing to fear. There’s nothing you can’t accomplish in Jesus name. Today take a moment at the feet of Jesus and allow His presence to change the atmosphere around you. He will uplift you and clear all your confusion. He is truly all you need.
Prayer: Thank You, Father, for You are always on time, divine intervention. I need You and ask You to help me be still and know that You are God. Teach me to sit at Your feet. I want to please You. Help me to know You more. In Jesus name, I pray.

INDEED CONFIRMATION!!! I WAS TOLD THIS LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING I WAS MINISTERING TO MY SON…..YESTERDAY SOME BAD THINGS HAPPENED TO HIM AND THE LORD GAVE ME THE WORDS TO IMPART INTO HIM….AND THIS WAS THE VERY THING THAT WAS SPOKEN….JUST LAY IT AT HIS FEET LET THE TEARS FLOW ON TO HIS FEET AND JUST WASH HIS FEET WITH YOUR TEARS….NO MATTER WHAT THE BURDEN IS..TAKE A MOMENT AND LIE DOWN BEFORE HIM AT HIS FEET..JESUS WILL LIFT THESE BURDENS HE WILL BREAK THE HEAVINESS IF WE JUST LET HIM…HE LOVES YOU AND DIED FOR US AND CARRIED THE CROSS TO CALVARY SO WE COULD BE FREE OF ALL THAT THE ENEMY TRIES TO BRING…GIVE HIM PRAISE AND GLORY…WHATEVER IT IS TRUST HIM….AMEN!!
