Dear Readers, Stay Focused

Dear Readers,

With all that is going on in the world, we prayed in the Spirit and asked the Lord what was His response. This is what He told us to tell you, “Stay focused on advancing My Kingdom. Don’t adopt a secular view out of feelings of anger and frustration with current world events. Stay focused on doing what I have called and equipped you to do.”

(Read 2 Corinthians 2:11; Matthew 16:18; 1 Corinthians 15:58)

    1. Amen we need to be reminded sometimes about who is still in Control. Thanks for the encouragement every day, DOTK. Don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t read your devotions. They have really enriched my life. May God continue to use you all!!!

    This is so on point right now. This is what I have been sharing with my Brothers and Sisters in Christ. We have to stay focus on God’s will and purpose for our lives and pray for the world. 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by name shall humble themselves and pray, seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven I will forgive their sin and heal their land. HALLELUJAH!

  11. I let the world take away my focus from God and was lost for a while…drowning and lost. I am now working on my relationship with God and chose to deactivate my Facebook account until I am strong again but I have chosen to totally withdraw myself from FB permanently…it’s easy to let our focus be pulled away from God but only if we let it. Thank you for this post!!!

    1. Blessings to you Jenn as you endeavor to refocus on God and Saviour. (Hebrews 11:6). Let us keep our eyes on Jesus. Jesus would say well back. Welcome home. He loves you beyond measure. Go in peace, seek God, remain in faith toward Him.

      1. Thank you so much Kat!! It BEYOND wonderful to be back home…in both the physical and spiritual sense. Even though I chose to run away from God (or at least try to), he was there with me every step of the way!!! Sometimes whispering and other times shouting to me, I know he was there because I am still alive and breathing even though I put my own life at risk by being prideful and selfish over and over…I know now and take to heart the great things God has in store for me to bring glory to God. 💙💙💙

  14. Thank you Father God for your grace and mercy. Your faithfulness. Lord your word is always right on time. I will keep my eyes on you. I will not look to the left or the right . I will continue to look unto you where all my help come from. Thank you Lord for your unconditionally love.
