“I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing” John 15:5, Berean Study Bible.
My sister, I know things haven’t been easy lately. I know everything you believe has been put to the test, and the war in your mind has been unreal. Trust me, I know. But you must remember that God didn’t create the earth 100 years ago. He has been helping people just like you and me to get through very difficult times for ages. Over the centuries, He has strengthened, encouraged, carried, comforted, and delivered people just like you and me, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. He knows how to get you through this, and He will. Jesus is your friend, and He is your wonderful counselor. He is with you in a great way, and He will help you not give up, and not lose hope.
Prayer: Father, thank you for encouraging me so deeply. Thank you for being my friend and my counselor. Thank you for helping me to get through this just as you helped others throughout history. I trust you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
