My sister, I want you to see your heart like a home. When you dwell on all of the lies of the enemy, that old devil will have a field day filling your heart with anxiety and bringing all of its relatives along with it. Depression is anxiety’s cousin, and their job is to make sure you are not able to get anything done today. But there’s hope. A good word makes our heart glad. Have you ever received a good doctor’s report or any good news about your child or your family? If you’re like me, that good news made you smile and praise God. Well, I challenge you to let the good news of God’s truth enter your heart today like a Glade plug-in. If you’ve ever used one, you know a Glade plug-in is no good sitting on the shelf, in the closet, or on the floor. It’s not beneficial to the home until it’s plugged in. So it is with God’s word, it’s not useful in making our hearts glad until it enters our heart. God’s word is alive and powerful. It’s stronger than any air freshener you can buy. Open the word of God, and receive His truth. Watch how He fills the home of your heart with peace and puts your mind at ease.
Prayer: Lord, forgive me for all of the worry and anxiety I’ve been tolerating in my heart. Remove it far from me. You have ordained peace for me and that’s what I receive right now by faith. You told me to be of good cheer even in the midst of sorrow and trials because you overcame the world. Help me not depend on external things to cheer me up. Help me depend on your good word to make my heart glad. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Jesus I have been full of anxiety and old feelings that I thought I had forgiven but Jesus they have been creeping back into my mind. Lord please forgive me of unkind feelings in my heart towards some of the people who mean the most to me. Help me to overcome the darkness that is trying to fill my mind please I cannot do it on my own
Yes Lord, forgive me all that has caused anxiety to me these past months, I surrender all to you in Jesus name from this day forward!!

Thank You for Jesus who left His Heavenly Home so we could one day join Him if we choose Him while we are on earth.
Thank You that He has overcome the devil and that He came that I may have life, and that I may have it more abundantly. So when my life is not in abundance I know I’m off kilter somehow and I seek You to help me get back on track.
