How I knew he was the one for me.

How did I know he was the one for me? My sister, I knew by how well he could carry me. He’s not intimidated by my calling or God’s hand on my life. He can carry me. Whenever I give out of strength, he puts me and the kids on his back and leads us forward because he can carry me. When I feel heavy, and like the complete opposite of a daughter of the King, he lifts me up on his back and takes me to the Lord. He can carry me. When I just want to be a woman, not a leader, but a woman who doesn’t have to be strong all the time, He carries me. He says, you rest, I got you. And that, my sister, is how I knew…

    1. Your story sounds like a person who is dear to me, and I love her. It makes a difference when you have husband which a man of God. God be with you as you walk through this season of your life. God is with you and all the prayers he prayed over, they still

  4. That is so beautiful Sister Keisha – it bought a 😢, a happy tear. I don’t have any one to carry me. Its been a long long time. I put my trust in my Maker who is my husband. If a mate is what He has for me, then bless the Lord oh my soul, but if not, like Paul whatever state I find myself in, I am content. I did love the part, “When I just want to be a woman, not a leader, but a woman who doesn’t have to be strong all the time, He carries me.” I think it would be awesome to have someone to carry me.

God continue to bless and strengthen you, your husband and your family. Continue to allow God to inspire you to encourage others. ✨️
