“When you fail, do you go to God telling Him what a lousy sinner you are? Or do you go to God boldly, believing you are still righteous in Christ? Joseph Prince shows you why it is the latter that will cause you to find grace to overcome your weaknesses and challenges. Get back on your feet again, walk tall, and be bold as a lion in life because Jesus has made you righteous. The victorious Christian walk, where you enjoy intimacy with the Father and reign over sin, begins with knowing how you are forever forgiven, righteous, and complete in Christ!” – Joseph Prince
Be blessed by this excellent teaching on today!

But shouldn’t we be humble plus confess our sins plus isn’t it hypocritical to be proud and bold having sinned and failed.. makes Christians look arrogant and full of themselves, thinking their sins and failures aren’t an issue to need looking at?
Yes, you are right. This teaching doesnβt agree with what the scripture says.
I get you, but coming bodly to the throne is God saying to us do not fear coming to the throne when we have fallen…just as a child runs to the arms of an earthly father when he/she wants daddy’s forgiveness, knowing with assurance that he still loves and sees his child as his own heart and the apple of daddy’s eye, the heavenly Father wants us to do the same…. to see Him as a loving Father and not just God the Judge. It reflects our relationship with Him and our identity in Christ. Boldness (not being fearful) in coming does not mean you come with bodlness (arrogance) in your heart and behaviour. Your heart is humble because you are repenting of a failure but your coming is without fear. Jesus already died for our sins, the devil knows Jesus already won the victory, so the moment we fear coming to Gods throne which is what the devil wants…he inserts himself with lies and shame.
God says come bodly…don’t just walk, run if you have to.
Just as I said the other day, I don’t always agree with everything said in this devotion because in my comment above, the boldness I believe God is saying seems quite different to how boldness is coming across in this dotk writing. But I thank God still for dotk because it sends me to search the Scripture for His Truth for myself through the guidance of His Holy Spirit ….I pray that all reading do the same.
Yes, but Joseph Prince doesnβt mention repentance and asking a loving Father for forgiveness. He believes that since Jesus died for our sins on the cross that we no longer have to ask for forgiveness every time we sin because our sins have been paid for. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Well i certainly don’t believe that we’re not to come to our Father in repentance.!!!!
The meassage sent to the church of Ephesus was that even though they have good attributes there was sin existing that they had to repent of.
Revelation 2:4-5Β ESV
But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.
Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

Thank you God for allowing Sis Kesha for sharing this Devotional Jesus made the Finish line Amen Thank you God β€it
This teaching does not agree with scripture. We are to be like the Bereans who checked to see that everything that Paul said was true.

I have been so blessed by your devotionals. You go straight to the word. Thank you for that. I am concerned however with a reference and link to Joseph Prince. There are a lot of name it and claim it preachers out there. I’m concerned he may be one. Please be in prayer that God would show you His wisdom according to scripture in referencing and endorsing other “pastorsβ it’s so easy for any of us to miss the mark and get off track, especially in this generation. But we must, by the power of Jesus Christ the sinless and blameless God not compromise on HIS word. Blessings to you, Lisa Jones
Amen Jesusita Perez!!!
