Let’s Get It In

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

I believe where God is taking us, my sister, we will need to be fit to be able to handle it all. It’s not that God’s promises are dependent on our physical health, but our health and fitness will determine how well we enjoy His promises and for how long. If you want to be able to keep up with that new man of God and kids, and have the strength to clean your gorgeous new home, and be able to handle all the success God is bringing into your life for the long haul, you will need to be physically fit.

Accept the challenge of the Holy Spirit to strengthen your body, and God will add to your efforts His divine strength and supernatural ability. I declare you will thrive in every blessing God brings into your life. You will have the physical strength and endurance necessary to live in your new season without getting tired, giving up, and breaking down. I challenge you to do something each day that contributes to your fitness goals. You truly can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!

Prayer: Father, thank you for challenging me by your Holy Spirit. I’m excited about your future plans for my life, and I want to make sure I’m in tip-top shape to handle it all. I align myself with your promises, and I ask that you help me become healthy and fit in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

My sister, exercise with me! https://youtu.be/mH_yXmYjdjs

  2. I’m 52 years old, I’ve always worked out but menopause has literally kicked my butt, I’m struggling with weight gain no matter how much I work out, I’ve been so fatigued in my life, and the list goes on and on so if you are reading this please pray for me.

  3. Dear Lord, I give You all the praise, honour, and glory!!! Holy Spirit, I thank You for being my Advocate, Teacher, Lead, and Guide. I accept Your challenge!! This is what You have been doing all along for each of these devotional to speak to me as I read. I just talked with my little sister on yesterday about starting to exercise together to get healthy, with learning to trust in what I hear because I know that knowledge didn’t come from me. Please pray for “Holy Boldness” for me to speak when I need to and don’t when I’m to be quiet. In The Name of Jesus. Amen.🙌🙌

Sister Kesha, The Holy Spirit is challenging me to be what God have created me to be in this world. To be a light, reflecting Him and so much more. Thank you, one day at a time. God bless 🙏💐💖

  4. Jehovah-Jireh/ Rapha I praise you, yet again for your divine confirmation. I believe.

I ask you continue to bless and keep Kesha and her family.

  5. Wow your so Beautiful sister ..thank you for all your Great Encouragement. Yes we need to stay in shape for our Lord ..thank you Jesus for all your Blessings coming ahead we receive it in the Name of Jesus!!!🙏🙌🙏💖🌹👍😘

  6. My God Thank you Sis Kesha because You have spoken And this is confirmation and what I’m going through glory to God So as I started my fitness for life strength by God’s power and love ❤ Thank you for the prayers 🙏🏾

  7. This is true. Feeling physically weak, need to expend energy in getting and cooking healthy ingredients. Veggies and fish, meat etc. Veggies fish n meat are expensive. I pray I can get the energy focus n discipline to expend energy needed to invest in eating better. Which then gives me more energy from the nutrients, vitamins etc.

After age of 40 u need to do weights. Strengthen muscles. So again gym is expensive. No space at home for weights. So I pray I can get energy from eating to then be motivated and energized to go gym.

    And somehow afford both.

Then once healthier, getting new jobs and other opportunities is easier

  8. Wow! Sister Kesha, once again you have spoken a confirmation. I had stopped my body. training, after being in a mental slump. Well I finally made up my mind that I would start again. 10. I accept the challenge to eat better and to workout and lose weight, I can do this by Gods strength and power! I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength! I declare that I am victorious! I receive all God has in store for me as I stay faithful, waiting patiently for my Man of God!

  11. Wow, I read this devotional right when the Holy Spirit was speaking to me about my personal fitness. I am a single-parent mom, not much help daily from grandparents as they are deceased. Both mom and dad and their parents are gone. My sister and I moved to different states as God moved me to Florida for purpose and she moved for a job. All the daily responsibilities fall solely on me. When I got COVID, it was just me and God. My son is 13 but I did not allow him to help me much because I wanted him to stay away from me. I also teach 4th and 5th grade. My days are long and fast paced. My health comes last when it needs to be first because without taking care of myself, I can’t fulfill my purpose and be there fully for my son and the ones I am called to. This is a season in which God is refining and purifying me spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally for my next season. He is preparing me for elevation in His Kingdom to advance it for His Glory. Anyone else in the same season, be encouraged and stay strong. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! His Word concerning our lives is forever settled in heaven.

  12. Amen to this message! In same season as Lisa and anonymous. Will pray for you. I go to gym weights and aerobics 4-6 days week. Run or ride too. Feel great. Just tired at night. For those who can’t afford a gym membership, try cycling. Pick up decent used bike – so good for your body, fun and challenging as well. I will be praying for my Keisha sisters in the Lord.

  13. My sisters God’s emember m in your prayers.
I have a pain on my left side is bam supposed to get an ultra sound next Friday.
    Thanks
