“Instruct the wise, and they will be even wiser. Teach the righteous, and they will learn even more” Proverbs 9:9, New Living Translation.
For my sister who has been hurt time and time again by sisters in Christ and you are ready to block and delete them all. I know youโre tired of the nonsense. You just want a real one who will be the kind of sister to you as you are to them.
I get it.
The older I get and the longer I walk with the Lord, I’m realizing even though we name the name of Christ, every sister is at different stages of growth spiritually, mentally and emotionally, and God connects us to each other so that we can add value to each other and enrich each other. A sister may not be as mature as you in some areas, but that doesn’t mean she has nothing to offer you. Nor does it mean you’ve arrived and you need no one. We all still have lots of growing to do, and the sister God sends your way will be strong in the areas you lack. You will be able to help each other.
As you walk on your journey and meet all kinds of people, it is important that you maintain a meek and teachable spirit that can learn from anyone. As you observe qualities in others that you admire and ask questions, you will learn and be enriched. Who knows? It may lead to closer and rich sister bonds.
I want us to see the value in our sisters who are far from perfect just like you and I. Let’s see each other striving to be more and more like Christ everyday. See that we all are broken people still learning how to walk this out.
Prayer: Father God, thank you for your encouragement today. I receive any sister you bring in my life and thank you for the wisdom and grace to properly care for these relationships. Help me move on from the past and become better, not bitter. Help my relationships fulfill the purpose and intent you had in mind when you allowed us to cross paths. My trust is in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

HELP ME WITH THIS LORD!!!!!!! Jesus name, I would like to have someone I could talk to.I’d be close.\nI’ve never had that๐
