My sister, you went to sleep with heartache, but you will awake with hope and trust in God. You went to sleep not knowing what He has put you here to do, but you will awake to His purpose and plan for your life. You went to sleep thinking He doesn’t love you, and He doesn’t hear you when you call, but you will awake to the sound of His voice singing over you and His unfailing love surrounding you. The Lord is awakening your soul and helping your eyes to see and recognize Him. He is awakening your ears to hear and recognize His voice. He is awakening your heart to believe in His promises concerning you.
Prayer: My loving Father, thank you for waking me up and helping me see, hear, and believe. You are a wonderful Father, and I love you.

Another message that I know the Lord spoke through you, I have been terribly depressed ( I’ve always suffered from depression, but it’s really bad as of late) Life has literally been crushing me as of late, the Lord is changing some things for me and the process is painful. I’m a naturally organically depressed person whose default is to be fearful, anxious and negative. I’m also naturally a terrible procrastinator and suffer from ADHD, I’m very disorganized. I’ve been praying hard for vision, clarity, and Godly motivation. Last night I literally did go to bed feeling lost,broken, a bit hopeless and really really confused. Today I did wake up feeling very very different…hopeful, positive, oddly focused. I think for a while I was going through a silent season, but something dramatic happened this weekend that was a direct response to prayer, and I now see God making moves in my life, speaking to me, showing me things. It’s amazing to feel Him work in my life and give me hope and to actually feel his love. Thank you Ms. Trippett, your devotionals are wonderful and have been so spot on and blessing me for a couple of years now, God bless you
