When you have too many cares.

“Casting all of your care upon the Lord, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

“Ask, and it shall be given to you…” Matthew 7:7

My sister, there are times in my life when I have too many cares to cast on the Lord one by one. Sometimes I have too many burdens to pray for one by one. That’s when I call on my Father and ask Him to command His peace in my life. I then experience an immediate calm. The Lord then gives me a song that reinforces my trust in Him and helps me maintain His peace and joy.

When there are too many cares to cast and too many burdens weighing you down, that’s when you ask the Lord to command His peace in your life. The angel of the Lord will immediately go to war with whatever’s oppressing you. The angel of the Lord will contend with whatever is contending with your peace. You will then experience a supernatural calm, and that’s when you open your mouth and sing with praise and gratitude in your heart. You have a Father who cares deeply for you, and He wants to bless you today with deep peace and rich soul harmony. He wants to give you rest for your soul, but you must ask.

Prayer: Lord, I call to you and ask you to command your peace in my mind, in my heart, and in my soul. Thank you for lifting every burden and removing every care from me. You deeply care for me with more love and concern than I could ever fathom. Go to war with whatever is trying to oppress me. Go to war with any spirit that is contending with my peace. Thank you for responding quickly and giving me calm and rest in my soul. I love you, Lord. You hear my cry and deliver me faithfully! Hallelujah!

  7. You must have heard me call out to the Lord! I’ve been casting cares all day. Just before I opened this devotional, I asked God to allow His angles to minister to me and settle my heart, mind and soul.

    You will have to suffer only a little while; after that, God, who is full of grace, the one who called you to his eternal glory in union with the Messiah, will himself restore, establish and strengthen you and make you firm.
