You are Being Stretched

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him” Hebrews 11:6, Berean Study Bible.

To stretch is to be made or be capable of being made longer or wider without tearing or breaking. It is to extend or spread over an area or period of time. My sister, in this season, God is stretching your faith, and the good thing is, you want to be stretched. You are tired of living in fear and want more from your walk with God! You have become more intentional about understanding how to live, more purposeful with learning how to trust God. Uncomfortable? Yes! But it’s exciting because you are choosing to turn your back on fear and embrace a courageous life of faith and trust in God. The Lord will reward you with an expanded vision, a greater capacity to love, an enlarged territory, and a renewed mind!

Declare with me today, “I am being stretched by God, and I welcome it! The Lord is filling me and filling my life. He is challenging me, and I accept every challenge He gives me. I turn away from a life of fear, doubt, and unbelief, and I receive a life of fearless confidence in Christ. In Jesus’ name!”
