Push, my sister.

“I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace]” Philippians 4:13, Amplified.

While running one morning, I saw the finish point some distance away. My body screamed, “Girl, that’s enough! You are tired! You can’t do this!” If I didn’t shift into second gear and push, I knew I would have given in to that thinking. So, I ran with all the strength I had and finished.

This is the hour we are living in, my sister. Everything is screaming at us, “Girl, that’s enough! You are tired! You can’t do this!” But this is when we shift into second gear and push, not in our strength, but in the strength of Christ.

Push, my sister.

Your feelings will catch up to your faith. Your mind will catch up to your decision to obey God. The Lord is helping us endure. He is giving us a second wind to finish! I have no doubt about it. We are connected at the heart because we both are finishers. Game recognize game, and come what may, we will finish our race and bring great glory to God’s name, in Jesus name!

  1. As my nephew says, “‘Ain’t no way’ I’m giving in to the voice that says, I’ve done enough.”

    I’m listening to You God!
You say I can endure, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Because in the Greek, ‘all’ does indeed mean ‘all’.
He says to me, “run that race, Jenn, but not by your might, not by your power. This is when you let My Spirit move you and propel you further. You did it your way and it fizzled out. Now give me control. Be a conduit Jenn. Be the pot, let Me be the Potter, I will not fail you. I am not a man that I should lie. I called you out and I will give you what you need to finish strong! Remember as you are called, I qualify the called, so you are in the qualifying round!’”

    1. Hallelujah!!! 🙌 Word in Season. Thank you for this word of encouragement that confirms what GOD is saying in this season. HE is not a man that HE should lie. 🙌🙌🙌

  2. Come on now!!! God don’t play about us, so we cannot play about ourselves. God won’t give up on us. He provides us with evening we need to make it to the finish. And with dependence on him we will achieve that goal.

  3. YES!! AMEN and I come into agreement with you my sister in Christ. We are finishers. Let’s goooooo!

  4. Hello my Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me and keep me in your prayers until I’m set free from a very vindictive narcissist. He’s really trying his hardest to destroy break and hurt me. I’m an educator I lost my job in October and haven’t been able to get one since. He’s in my accounts, phones emails- everything. I’m sure he’s reading this also. My family don’t know what to do. I’m not afraid I’m just tired. I haven’t left the house I don’t hardly eat anymore and have headaches almost everyday. There’s so much more. I went to the police months ago but nothing really happened. I’ve been praying and praying. Please intercede and keep me in your prayers. Thank you in advance, Your sister in Christ,

  5. This was definitely for me! Everything in me wanted to give up on my closest and dearest family and friend. I was in such a funky mood, but when I realized that I haven’t been in prayer as usual, it dropped. God has been actively trying to pursue me. How can I know how to handle what’s placed before me if I’m not having conversations with Him? I can keep pushing especially when I’m intentional about inviting the Holy Spirit!!🙏🏽♥️✝️
