Everything is coming at you to get you out of faith, get you out of peace, get you out of joy, get you out of the Spirit, get you out of love, get you out of your place and your position in God. But you are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. You are in His hands, and nothing can snatch you out. Nothing. The Lord is with you to help you. Yes, the winds are strong, but your God will prove stronger. Your trials are great, but your Father God will prove greater. You will see your conquering King fight for you. You will see Him drive your enemies away. Don’t you allow anything or anyone to unseat you and get you to leave your post and your position in Christ okay, my sister? Remain seated in Christ, and I promise you, you won’t have to fight every battle. We will hear the Lord say, be still, I got you boo. You do not have to fight this battle, for I, the Lord your God, will fight for you. Be not dismayed. Be not deflated. Be not disheartened. Stand firm and take heart, for today, you will see the salvation of the Lord.

I so needed this Word!!! I am a teacher and am preparing to go back to school after a semester that did not end well. My students didn’t do well on their mid year test, and though I worked hard, I don’t feel it was enough. I am encouraged to know that whom God calls, He equips and that He works all things to work together for good, because I love Him and am called according to His purpose. Thank You for reminding daily that I am His daughter and that His power is made perfect in my weakness. Therefore, I cast all my cares on Him for He cares for me. I purpose to surrender and allow God to fight my battles as I do the work that He has assigned to me. Thanks again for the way you allow Him to use you to be a blessing to the Body of Christ!!!

I have a daughter who struggles to see herself in the situation as she continues to blame everyone else for her failures and I can’t fix her her dad can’t fix her only Father can
She makes us feel as if we are her problem
Drugs homeless childless has taken her down a dark path and I can only ask for you all to help me pray
I say things I shouldn’t and feel how can Father love me or I say I love Father and I treat her like this
All I do is cry

How right on time was this devotional! I feel like I am being challenged from so many directions, and I can’t catch a break. When I feel I have overcome one area, then another thing appears successfully robbing me of my joy and my peace. I didn’t think the new year was going to start off like this, but I’m allowing situations and people to place me in a place of being dismayed and disheartened. I know I can overcome this, but I get tired. No sooner than I get over the hump of one issue, another pops up. Jesus, please take the wheel and help me get to a place of pleasing You. Take some of these battles and restore my faith and joy. I need a new path because obviously the one that I am on isn’t working. I pray for each and every sister who commented on this devotional as well. May the issues that you are facing be lightened by God’s strength and greatness.
