Your most valuable possession.

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Matthew 5:8

Imagine you are walking through a dark city holding a glass of water. Everyone around sees your clear glass and the pure water in it. They wonder how is it that your glass is full of crystal clear water in such a dark and grimy place. Some run to you desperately so they can have the water you possess, and some hate you for it and seek to throw dirt and mud inside of what you hold so dear, but God doesn’t let it in.

Your most valuable possession, my sister, is not material possessions or money. Your greatest asset is your heart and what the Lord God has accomplished in it. You’ve been washed by the blood of Jesus, you’ve been sanctified and set apart for God’s use. All of the kingdom of darkness recognizes the Spirit of God and His crystal clear living water residing in your bosom, and there’s nothing they can do about it. God lives and resides in you. He has covered your heart with His hand and He is making sure nothing that is unlike Him gets in there.

The Lord’s hand is on your life and His hand is wrapped around your heart. He is protecting it, mending it and instructing it. Everywhere the soles of your feet touch is holy ground. Instead of worrying about what is getting into your heart due to your surroundings, ask God about how all of that living water you possess and the pure heart He has blessed you with can impact your surroundings, cause darkness to flee and shift atmospheres.

  1. God I am so grateful that your hand is on my life and Your hand is wrapped around my heart. You are protecting it, mending it and instructing it.

  2. The sin, that death, that was for us. He paid it all.

Thank you for paying it all Son of God. Son of Man. what a wonderful thing you’ve done. What a marvelous thing. The atonement for our sins. The precious lamb of God I take this moment just to say thank you and to sing to you what you have done for us. I remember. We remember. And we sing the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus it washes white as snow. Oh the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus. It washes white as snow. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. Your bloodshed on Calvary. That we may be redeemed to God. That we may be redeemed to God. And be called Kings and priests in your family. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. Your bloodshed on your Calvary. The way you’ve made by tearing down the veil. Through the sacrifice of the cross. And I sing again. Oh the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus. Oh the blood of Jesus. It washes white as snow. Thank you for your blood it was more than enough for me.

  3. Lord, although I feel like my path is dark at times, please allow me to be a light with a pure heart. Help me to focus on all things good, pure, and right, and stay connected to You. My joy and peace should arise because I seek Your kingdom and righteousness, and they should not be contingent upon fleeting, temporary things or people. I love You, Lord, and thank You for comforting my soul.

  4. If that were actually true I would be with my son already and I am not. There is no God in my opinion. He has allowed me to suffer the most insane injustice and for what? I am not set apart to be used by anyone thanks very much. I’ve been used and abused my entire fucking life so like hell I’m going to allow that piece of shit God use me for anything after what hes allowed me to endure. He can stay as far away from me as possible. I am God as far as I am concerned. God is an absolute joke

    1. We all go through trials. You are not alone or immune. You are relying on your feelings. You have a pessimistic view of God. Complain and remain trapped in the vices of the devil. Rejoice in God and He will set you free. All things work together for the good.
